They, too, took my money with no receipt of merchandise. I ordered sometime in June, 2025. As of 7/8/2025, no receipt of merchandise. Very professional presented ad. I suspect this to be a scam, per all of the other reviews. If not a scam? Why didn't I received my merchandise ? (Via credit card.)

I was tempted to buy something from this website. Checked it out on TrustPilot and learned all the stuff is made in China. No little old ladies retiring.

Judging by all the reviews & the looks of AI imagery, I will not be purchasing from this 'store' supposedly in Arizona, but actually in China. Of course, the backstory catches your eye & the hummingbird earrings caught mine. Glad I didn't waste any money. How do these shysters stay in business? The website looks fairly professional, but there are typos & grammar mistakes. CAVEAT EMPTOR! Buyer beware!

I was so taken in by their story and photos BUT had the foresight to look on Trust Pilot before making a purchase. Phew!!! Another Scam 😩

This company is a scam!! All the way from their beautiful photos of elderly white ladies "retiring" and going out of business, to their return / refund policies. I ordered the gorgeous hummingbird earrings, and it was only then that I realized something bad was about to happen. The money went to a UK bank, and the product took 10 days to arrive from China. $45 wasted. They will not honor their 30 day return / refund policy from US. The support email responds timely, but is a total run around with no resolution. Save your money and your time!

Microscopic hummingbird earrings that look nothing like the picture, cheaply made, exterior hummingbird tail is not shown in picture and is painted enamel white; not colorful like a true hummingbird feathers are. Complete sham and scam paying over $40. Not remotely beautifully hand crafted. I sent an email to them requesting a full refund.

I never heard from them and found it necessary to dispute the transaction with my credit card company which was granted.

This is a scam. Please don’t waste your money. This is the wax act same jewelry as Claire’s Jewelry. Pretty much same story as well. Little old ladies in the IS who have been handcrafting this jewelry for years and now are retiring. Bought from Claire’s Jewelry only to find it came from China, took forever to get here - well over a month. When received it was absolute trash. 4 rings that were honestly no better than bubble gum baubles. Not just not gold filled, two of them were actually not even metal. I find all on this site so obviously same racket. Don’t be fooled. Absolute trash. They say 80% off but honestly not even close to worth discount price. Dreadful.

These websites and people are being investigated by the California Attorney General for internet fraud.

I ordered earrings and a bracelet. Little did I know it is all made in China. The earrings look like they came from Hobby Lobby and the bracelet was big enough to fit my upper arm and looked like a Chinese made item. Such fake advertising and junk products.

SCAMMERS!! I thought I ordered 2 really nice looking rings and was just scammed by this website that I found on Pinterest. The quality of the rings was bubble gum machine/plastic looking. When you contact them for a refund, they offer a partial refund of up to 25% if you don't want to ship the product back. If you do want to ship it back, return shipping is your responsibility. I checked this before I placed the order to ensure I was ordering from within the US. Their website says they are in Sedona, AZ, but they are in China. You have to pay return shipping to China to get your money back, which isn't worth it. This is a scam from China where they send you junk and get to keep 75% of the purchase. If I could give a ZERO STAR review, I would.

SCAMMERS!! I was just scammed by this website found on Pinterest and they won’t refund my purchase. I was sent a ring that was nothing like what I ordered!!! The company is not two old ladies going out of business in Sedona Az!! They are scammers from China. If I could give a ZERO STAR review I would!!! 😡🤬

Scam company! NOT woman owned; shipping POS jewelry that doesn't match the online catalog.Wish I would have checked here first before ordering.

Saw their ad on Pinterest. Liked the jewelry. Ordered a three strand bracelet and when it finally arrived, from China, it had one strand. Contacted customer service and was offered a lousy 15% refund when I was missing 66% of the bracelet. Disputed the offer and was told I had to ship it back to China, pay customs, etc. WHAT A SCAM! Do NOT order from this company. See other reviews; it’s not what you see.

This is a SCAM. There are at least two other companies out there using the same story: two women retiring and selling off the remainder of there hand-crafted jewelry. Each company is (advertised as) located in the united states, their websites are identical, the pictures of the owners are different. I placed an order, which I tried to cancel (when I found out the company was in china). Couldn't cancel, finally received a pair of really cheap earrings that were not what I ordered and it would have cost me to return them. I found three websites all on Pinterest.

After reviewing everything, our final offer is a 25% refund if you’d like to keep the earrings and donate them. I wish we could do 30%, but 25% is the best we can manage right now. If that doesn’t work, you’re welcome to return them, and we’ll process a full refund once we receive them.

SCAM !!! I ordered a beautiful wedding band. It was suppose to be gold with colorful stones.
I received a ring that had green foil glued to the top of a round piece of metal. The shipping bag says it came from Hialeah Fl, but he wants me to send it to China for a refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

If I could give 0 I would. Total RIP off, scam site. An Arizona phone # never goes through. I was sent a ring I never ordered. It looks like it came from a gumball machine. I turned this transaction, over to my banks fraud department. Buyer beware.

The images on the site are very obviously AI generated(just look at the eyes, teeth, and hands). The site also faked trustpilot reviews at the bottom of the site.(i came here from the site to check if the reviews were real and what do you know, there are 0 reviews on here). Don't buy from here, it's an obvious scam despite their efforts to hide it.
