I wish I had read all the reviews prior to my purchase. Shame on me. IT IS A SCAM. Don't purchase anything.
I ordered 2 rings. One came after a long wait. Not the ring I ordered. I would never order silver. It's silver.
Back & forth with them. Had me send a picture of the ring with the package details. I requested a return receipt so I could return it for a full refund.
I wanted the ring I ordered.
I receive an email with an offer of 10% Off & keep the ring. I don't like the ring, and I didn't order it.
So disappointed. Website looks legit, however it is clearly not. They indicate their going out of business. They obviously are pulling this on a large number of people. So WRONG.
From all the negative reviews this is obviously their mode of business. I tried calling them. Both numbers are not in service.
I wish there was recourse for the people who were out of money & satisfaction from Emma & Mia. I can only think they are laughing at all the people that were duped.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I received my ring with a horribly cloudy stone that is incredibly flawed and appears scratched with a pink tint when it’s advertised as clear glass.
In addition it took forever to arrive, DO NOT BUY FROM Emma & Mia!

One of the rings I received that that was so beautiful on the website looked like it came out of a gum ball machine. I also received pieces I did not order that I can only assume were meant as substitutions. If this isn’t bait and switch, I don’t know what is. I feel stupid for being duped so easily, There should be an option for zero stars because Emma and Mia do not deserve even one star. I will be returning everything and I hope that at least the return process is legitimate.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Order took 35 days to arrive and when it did I received 5 of the 6 items, they substituted some random piece for another that I never ordered and all the wrong size rings. I was able to remove the 2 layers of shipping labels and it's definitely from overseas not from Arizona made by 2 so called soon to retire women who make jewelry. Scam all the way. Contacted my credit card company to dispute and and requested a return label. Let's see how that goes.

I have researched Emma and Mia and I have concluded that this must be the most intricate scam afforded by AI. The biographic ad literature alone is copious and tries to convince you that Emma and Mia are real. The face of Mia keeps changing from one ad to the next. and what is icing on the cake: they have a bogus trust pilot reviews on their ads, praising them My concern is not so much that we were fooled but the credit card companies must crack down. Good luck on your dispute.

Capital One resolved the dispute in my favor.

I too ordered a beautiful blue and gold ocean ring. What arrived was a piece of junk that wasn't worth 26 cents let alone $26. It was green, open in the back and the so called gold was a mustard color that I'm sure would turn my finger green if I even wanted to be caught dead wearing it. They say "returns no questions asked" but I was constantly being asked and it took forever to get the return information. They also claim they are in Arizonia but they are in China. To get my money back I have to return at my expense. Since then I have come across multiple sites with the same "retiring" back story and the same jewelry. It's a scam, it's junk jewelry.

I placed an order for jewelry and because of seeing these reviews I contacted my bank to report fraud. I tried to reach out to the company but I haven't heard from them. It funny that when I read how you can request a refund, it has to be 30 minutes after you order. It also describes how they expect the items to be returned and if it's bikinis or lingerie forget it. Wait a minute I thought this was a jewelry shop closing? Don't buy. This is a scam.

This is a fake drop ship site that claims to be by two women ??? and all the product is CHEAP CHINE CRAP shipping from china. All should be punished. AND - my order still has not arriverd ??? They work out of a house in AZ - 2475 Whippet Way, Sedona, Arizona - cannot see house fuzzed out what gives convicts ???

The pictures of the jewelry look so beautiful but the actually jewelry is some of the ugliest jewelry I’ve ever seen.

I would give it 0 starts if I could. This is a fraud business. What they send is nothing like either the pictures or the description say. I bought a 3 pearl necklace and was three silver looking plastic balls with green spots on them. I tried to return it but you need to send it to China and they will only accept it if it takes last than 30 days from date of delivery. Since it took more than a week for them to give me the option to return , it now needs to go by fast mail and will cost twice the price of the necklace. Total scam!! Yes this is a Chinese shop, nothing to do with the two American looking ladies on the website.

I will say this, I recently bought purses and am quite certain I was ripped off. The same story, a woman making purses going out of business. She looks like the women selling the jewelry. I wouldn't buy it. It's a scam from what I can see. Just sharing my thoughts as an observer not a consumer.

This jewelry is nothing like the photos. What arrives is junk from China. It takes a long time to receive your order, then prepare for disappointment. The whole emmaandmia thing is a con.

This company is the biggest SCAM. DO NOT BUY! These retirees are not from the USA. They are located in China. Their jewelry is the same quality as the ones you get from the Cracker Jack. Once purchased, they made it impossible to return. I wish I saw these reviews before buying. I am now stuck with worthless purchase.

Bought $136.00 of earings. What I received was very cheap earings. Items were very different from their advertisement. I thought I was ordering from the U.S. but it came from China. I was very disappointed.

The jewelry I purchased looked like those that come out of a gumball machine . The rings are adjustable not in sizes . The stones are glued in and plastic looking. Biggest waste of money . Shipped from China and then relabeled in Vermont .SCAM

Jewelry is CHEAP! Do not buy!

I placed 2 orders with 2 sets of earrings in each, on the same day. Cited 7 - 12 business days to receive.

The truth.....these orders come from China. But, they claim to be custom. Out of the 2 orders, the 2nd one arrived 5 days after the first, which arrived late.

Each order was wrong. 1 pair correct, the other not at all what I ordered. Their solution, after 6 emails from them, is to place another order to get the ones I originally ordered and pay more!

I will be disputing all charges. THIS IS FRAUD!

This company advertised with pictures of beautiful quality jewelry. What was delivered didn't come close. I wish I could post the pictures of the gumball machine looking ring that came with some cheap looking intense gold finish and stones that had no luster. Enamel was green instead of blue. The back of the ring was open like a onesize fits all ring. That is not what was advertised. Now I noticed that they are doing more scams like this with different names and pictures of supposed jewelry artists. Lara Greene is another name put there. going put of business. These are pure SCAMS.

This is a fraud the jewelry isn't of any quality even bubble gum rings machine jewelry is more believable than this scrap. Don't spend your money because when you ask for a refund now it's has to be shipped to China and you pay fees so you don't get more than $9.00 refunded on a $47 purchase- Totally a ripoff and not worth a look least of all a purchase. This company is a SCAM!

The earrings I ordered were not what I expected, large and too ornate looking. To make matters worse, the clip was sprung and would not close. I got in touch about returning my purchase and was given instructions, including send a picture within 24 to 48 hours. Since I had wait weeks to get the order, I was a little put out about the return. I expressed my displeasure but did send a picture. I have heard nothing!
