This company is a bogus scam. Jewlery is made in China and of poor quality. There is absolutely no way it would be priced as suggested. Customer service is terrible. I received entirely wrong order and they were little help.

Says from Arizona. Shipped from China. Have to pay customs an Shipping back to China.

First These piece of jewelry were suppose to be hand made. by two little old ladies from out west in the US. But they are shipped from a warehouse in China. HMMMMMM what's wrong with that?
2. When the product finally got here the two pieces I purchased were nothing like the pictures. Cheaply made, poor quality materials, and when I wanted to return them they offered a 10 percent discount to keep them, ( Because they said it would cost too much to ship them back (TO CHINA)
DONT FALL FOR THE SCAM> there are others out there too with all the same pictures of jewelry just different makers. I wish I thought to look for reviews.

Emma and Mai are the same as Lara Green Jewelry. The same merchandise is offered at the same price. They both claim to be elderly women retiring from hand making jewelry. I ordered from Emm and Mai today not realizing this as I had a bad experience with Lana.

I ordered a ring on August 12th it arrived at my home on August 25th, didn't have to wait as long as most that ordered from them. So I open my package all excited and I pull it out to my devastation I got the wrong ring. So I emailed them this morning notifying them of the mistake. And then tried to call them and the phone number didn't exist. When I tracked my order it was in Canada waiting to enter the united states, I never saw where it had come from China, like most of the reviews I read this morning, they got me too!!!, so I was looking at this other company by the name of Karen's handcrafted leather bags and to my surprise.. NOT!! Karen looked a lot like Emma. 🤣 🤣 🤣 So Beware it's all a scam, only wish I had read the reviews first, lesson learned.
I will not be trying to get a refund because after I finish with this review I will not give them anymore of my time. They have wasted enough of my time. It's a 50.00 lesson learned for me.
So everyone be careful 🧐 that Emma is so many different people, and Mia is most likely a lot of different people too.

Had a similar experience as most of the reviews for this fraudulent website. Wish so badly I had checked reviews before buying but will never do that again. The earrings I received were stickers for stones! And the earrings came mismatched? Just crazy! I am trying to get a refund, but I do not expect them to be honest about my order after seeing all of the bad reviews.

I rec’d my earrings which vaguely resemble the photo they had posted. Rather than the $39.99 which I paid, the price would have been more honestly priced at $ .99. I tried the phone number which is not connected. I sent an email requesting a refund and info as to how to obtain refund and rec’d their reply asking why I wanted refund. Bad quality was my response once again asking for how to obtain refund. They then offered me another piece of merchandise for $4.99 or could send me a 10% refund and I could get the original pair. I replied neither options work, I want full refund. I asked what had happened to their 30 day refund - no questions asked policy. If I ever hear back from them, I will post an update. Not going to hold my breathe

Fell for it!!!! I knew it would be costume jewelry but I order a dainty little ring and they sent me the wrong ring. Some huge gaudy fake diamond with several stones attached to the band! When I wrote them to tell them they had sent the wrong ring I got back a response saying they make each price by hand and a thanks for letting us know sorry for the disappointment !! I’m down $30 bucks and a huge tacky ring in my drawer!!

This is a scam!! Bought a ring and the stone fell out an hour after putting it on. Two of the four pieces were what I ordered, but nothing like the picture showed. Cheap junk from China. Also the shipping was awful - almost a month.

I tried to buy a ring on Emma & Mia website. No ring has ever sown up. It has been in transit for weeks. DO NOT FALL for this company they are a scam.
They keep promising but now I am going to have to watch my credit cards like a hawk.

Very impressed with the jewelry!! The quality and craftsmanship! Would recommend to others and order again!

Ordered three pairs of same earrings and received only one pair. The address provided for the store location is a private residence. Customer service was contacted for refund and cancellation of two pairs without success.
Reported issued to my bank for their help in resolving this issue in refunding the money.

DONT GET SCAMMED BY THIS CHINESE COMPANY. THERE IS NO " EMMA & MIA SWEET LITTLE RETIREES. THE JEWELRYVUS OVERPRICED AND CHEAP AS HELL. THEY ALSO DID NOT SEND ME MY FULL ORDER, AND AFTER MONTHS OF BACK AND FORTH EMAILS WHERE THEY DEMANDED PICTURES OF EAXH ITEM I RECEIVED, THE SHIPPING LABEL, AND GAVE FALSE PROMISES THAT MY ITEMS WERE ON THE WAY, THE SENT THE LAST EMAIL STATING " THEIR TEAM HAS CAREFULY REVIEWED THE MATTER", AND I GOT ALL THE ITEMS. TYPICAL SCAM TACTICS TO STRING YOU ALONG WITH LIES FOR MONTHS. PLUS THEY SEND NO PACKING LIST SO THEY CANT REALLY DETERMINE ANYTHING AND REFUSE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE. THIS HORROR STORY HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE JUNE. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING!

This is a scam. It is a Chinese company. Emma and Mia are not two old ladies who make jewelry. The ring I ordered wasn't what I received. The necklace I received didn't look anything like the photo - it looked like it came from a gum ball machine. They hassle you about returns and then when you get the return form they gleefully tell you you are responsible for shipping and customs fees.

People/customers: contact your Credit Card company and enter a DISPUTE against this Chinese fraud! Then... contact FBI CYBER (ic3) link to tell your story. I Did...
Make sure you call/email in your account of Credit Card company a DISPUTE ASAP... I have used Amex and they are great on stuff like this!!

If you like Fairy Tales, this is the place for you to shop. There is no such people as DEmma and Mia retiring in Arizona. These items are mass produced, probably in China and NOTHING like a hand made item. There name does not appear anywhere on the item. Disappointing is what I would call their products. PLEASE DO NOT even consider the pop up ads that appear eveywhere.

BEWARE!! This is a scam! It says pieces are hand crafted by Emma & Mia based in AZ. I ordered earrings and they are shipping from China! Not USA. Even though I've blocked their daily ads, I am receiving multiple adds from them a day.
