Terrible! I have to send the item back to China! Cheap-looking ring, which is adjustable, not sized.

Should have read the reviews first- ordered because my sister in law recommended and shared discount code. Sent me wrong product and I never got satisfaction about that- went around with their "customer service" (seemed like an AI bot) for weeks and finally just accepted a 20% refund for a product I didn't want. I would have had to bear shipping costs back to China to return it and try to get full refund. Other product I received in same order (a necklace) seemed fine at first, broke second time I wore it- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I'm with one of the other reviewers, won't bother to repeat. Shoulda read the reviews first and I learned (I think) my lesson. Ordered a pair of earrings that were just smaller than expected and ordered a ring size 6 - it had a gap in the back! Like you expect from - you guessed it CHINA and not even a size, kind of like adjustable. Well, I get cute stuff from China - thank you Temu and am rarely disappointed, and boy, do they have a good return policy!!!

Shame on me! I fell for the sales pitch and have received part of my order which is junk. I now need to send 15 pieces back but don't have an address to send it too. I'll wait on the remainder of the order to arrive and package it all up. Don't fall for their pricing it is all so very poorly made. There are no descriptions on the pieces so you assume they are good quality. The rings are improperly sized and the bracelets will only fit a 2 year old.

I ordered based on the picture on the website. What came looked nothing like the picture. They insisted that handmade items have slight differences but what I rec'd was no where near the picture. They wanted to refund me 10% of my purchase price. I wanted to return for full refund or receive exactly what was in the picture. No dice - I see this as false advertising. When they sent the paperwork to return, I would have had to return the product to China of all places. I think I was a sucker to order from them - I fell for their sweet story of 2 older ladies closing their little shop and retiring and offering 80% off their hand made jewelry. In my opinion what I rec'd was not even worth the 80% off price I paid. I feel taken to the cleaners. Beware of this company

Jewelry is plastic and cheap, not hand made and certainly not the two women they said they are. China cheap jewelry. A total scam. Do not purchase this jewelry.

This is the same group that advertised LaraGreen Jewelry. Same stuff, out of China, and a total scam. They are falsely advertising two older sisters this time instead of Lara Green. Don't be fooled and buy anything from these people.

I was in the jewelry business with my own shop for many years. I also design and make my own jewelry. When I saw the Emma and Mia website on Facebook, I was impressed with how lovely their jewelry was.Their story was that they were "going out of business" and that all their inventory had to go at drastically reduced prices. So, I decided to only purchase one pair of earrings to see for myself if the quality of their "hand made" pieces was as good as they claimed. When I received my earrings, they were NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO!! They were the cheapest, most poorly mass produced pieces of junk I have ever seen! I was totally ripped off! Wow! Did I get suckered into this story big time!! And because I had been a shop owner myself, I actually felt compassion for these two "lovely lady imposters" having to close out their business. It's a really sad world we live in when people choose to create a business and a story that is set up to rip their customers off with LIES AND TRASHY ITEMS to purposely cheat us in order to make a buck! Bad bad Karma!!!

A complete scam. I contacted my CC company. The phone number on the website doesn't work and when I try to email support it looks funny so I stopped. Junk jewelry not in Sedona and these two ladies are definately AI. I fell for it. Don't do the same.

These two wonderful and totally not AI women personally contacted me to ask how my 14K gold 8 ozt bracelet, for only $39.99, looks and feels. Simply amazing that gold is $3400 dollars an ozt making the bracelet worth $16,000 in raw gold however they sold it to me for under $40! If you want amazing jewelry for tiny fractions of what a pawn shop would pay for it just email them your cc and social security number. It also helps to pin copies of your birth certificate and home deed. 5 stars!

Rather than repeat the same things said in all the negative reviews, I’ll simply AGREE with all of the reviews: SCAM company in China sending out ‘seconds’ quality or defective jewelry.

When I said for the 6th time/email that I demanded a full MBG, as promised if not happy, they told me I would lose up to 60% of the purchase price with mailing back to China!

I’ve now left the matter with my credit card company.

From now on I will review first. I also recently ordered ‘hand-made leather bags made in the USA by retiring woman’ for KAREN’S BAGS, and believe this is another Chinese scam, per the reviews. We’ll see. But from now on, buyer beware and let’s search reviews before ordering.

These women are liars. They're "retiring" and closing out their inventory for 80% off like I'm a billionaire. I've seen dozens of their "hand-crafted" jewelry on Temu for a fraction of the price. Pennies on the dollar! Emma & Mia is a total scam with a nice website.

The earrings I ordered were not even close to the picture in the website. This is a total scam these 2 mentioned the jewelry was hand made and the packaging says made in China. Very low quality jewelry. I should have known there was no description on the earrings or the size. They got me but never again. Buyer beware of these two deceptive and thief ladies.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Shamelessly fake story about handcrafted jewelry...this stuff is Temu level costume junk. The ring that I wasted 50 bucks on looks like it came out of a gumball machine. Don't fall for it!

I ordered not one, but 3 items. Just like the other reviewers it took about 3 weeks to get delivered.
When I received the items, it was totally cheap costume jewelries. One set was miss matched and the others were so cheaply made, I gave it to my granddaughter to play with. Of course I contacted them for a refund, but avail. Please DO NOT order from this company. They're total scam!!

Long wait--because they are NOT in USA as their contact information implies. Total junk jewelry--NOT sterling silver, just pot metal. I have finally learned to read reviews FIRST--but too late on this one. SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a ring from this company. It was shipped to me in a cheap bubble envelope. The paw print was angled and got hung up on my knuckle no matter how carefully I placed it. The paw print should have been a 90 degree angle but was at a 45 degree angle. Their return policy stated they guarantee satisfaction and I could return for any reason within a month. The day after receiving it I notified them of the defect. They wanted pictures. I sent pictures. They claimed they could not tell what the problem was: 12 pictures later they still feigned ignorance. Then when I said I was returning it, they asked me to use the original packaging for the tracking number. 1) I tossed the package as it was a gift 2) since when does a business use the same tracking number on the return as on the shipment. Email after email.. and they are STILL dragging their feet. No matter their promises and guarantees, this is the most unprofessional, obtuse people to order from.
My suspicions are they will drag their feet to run out the time on the month I have to return it.
