I would give them a below zero if I could. Cheap jewelry that looks similar to what you ordered minus all the details that made you purchase them. Ear posts too long, the bird earrings not meeting the back of ear with nothing to keep them from falling off; and the silver earrings had none of the details that were pictured, just smooth. All of these issues a true jewelry craftsman would not have omitted. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or money. The jewelry was shipped from NJ but they want you to send it back to China and you probably won’t get your refund because it will take over 30 days to get to China and no refunds after 30 days. Instead of returning, they want to offer you 20 percent off to keep the junk jewelry. Beware! I am still going back and forth with them.

I bought a pair of earrings, described as silver. They are not silver and not even well made. They were supposed to be on sale due to ending the company, but at the offered, seemingly discounted price, they are still way over priced. A total rip-off!

This is a scam. Emma and Mia do not exist. There are several similar ads featuring handmade jewelry and retirement. If this is handmade why is it being shipped from a warehouse in China? There is not a working contact phone number, when I ask for one my request is ignored. I disputed the charge and received a full credit.

I ordered a necklace from this company, but it never arrived. When I reached out to them, they repeatedly assured me that it would arrive soon or would be delivered within two days. However, weeks passed, and it still hadn’t come. I contacted them again via email to request a refund, but they refused to honor my request. I strongly advise against ordering anything from them.

Complete ripoff. The cheap earrings that arrived don't look anything like the photo of what I ordered. They don't even match each other.

Long wait time. It came with me needing to pay for part of the shipping to the US post office. The earings look so beautiful on the web, but supper cheaply made and yucky gold color, sort of like one would purchase from a dime store (cheap metal with supper gold color). They are absolutely not craftmanship by any means.

I ordered a pair of earrings on June 14. It was in transit until July 10, which left me unable to wear the earrings at the event I'd intended them for. But worse, the package was not there when I went to retrieve it. Emma & Mia advised checking the address & with neighbors, then connecting with the courier. The courier said the seller could open a dispute. Emma & Mia said a dispute was not possible because tracking registered delivery to my building. They said they could offer no further assistance. Therefore, I paid for product and shipping on an item that would have arrived late, had it arrived at all, and there was certainly no 30 day guarantee. I simply lost my money. Beware that your purchase is a risk.

Ordered and received earrings. The photo appeared to be a quality product and at 35.00 I would expect that. Received item and the finish gold plate is cheap looking with pits in it. Statement that this was hand made by Emma & Mia is not true. The small baggie holding this item is tagged with earring info and is made in China. The problem with all this is the quality is cheap, not handmade. This is a 5.00 item at best. Ordered from the website that shows these two women retiring and liquidating their items. Very deceiving and this is a scam. Shipped from Miami area not California where this business says it resides.

After a number of email including one offering 'Track your order' which did not work, I received a product of far lesser appearance and quality than expected. Please do not use the pictures of the products to order by. You will find in Emma & Mia disclaimer for returning product that the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs even when the product is defective or unsatisfactory.

This company is not what they advertise themselves to be. They say they are from Sedona, Arizona, but right after I placed my order, my credit card company advised me that the charge was International. The tracking number I received was from China, not Arizona. Also, 2 of the items sent were not as pictured on the website. I am attempting to get a refund and will probably have to dispute the charges.

ordered a pair of sterling and pearl earrings, picture looked beautiful. The order took 20 days to arrive, tracking was a real issue. For the longest time I didn't have a USPS tracking number, possibly because it seemed to be shipped from China? Then for over a week it showed "waiting item" to show up in Los Angeles. When it finally arrived, one of the pieces was broken. It was shipped in a flimsily padded envelope and I think may have been broken going through a machine at the post office. I will have to take it to a local jeweler and pay for a repair. Never ahgain.

Yes, these ladies, if I can even call them that. Are scammers. A hard lesson learned. My special needs sister wanted the Ocean ring so bad. We waited almost 5 weeks to get it and then it looks nothing like the picture. I have to send it back to China for a return. Not at all what their return policy says. These women should be retiring in JAIL!

I had 2 orders. One for 2 rings. They are too big. The other for 4 pairs of earrings. Two pairs were not what I ordered. Not even close. I asked them to refund me the money as per their return policy and they have refused.

This company does not exist in Arizona as it says. It is in China. Its items are not hand made but mass produced. They have another company called Shirley Duncan with the same verbiage and items.

These products are misrepresented and are pure cheap crap.

I wish I had done some research before buying , I just received my ring and looks nothing like the one on the website very cheaply made and painted over everything !! Will be returning this ring back to them.

This is a scam these are the same two women's pictures that were selling handcrafted leather handbags and wallets in London now it's jewelry they're a scam they're just moving from one thing to another I had to contact my bank and inform my bank and they did a scam inquiry and found out they were indeed a scam. Thank goodness I got my money back. Don't be fooled by this when they were doing the handcrafted leather they were also selling their business and now they're selling another business with jewelry? Okay yeah right! I can't believe this place hasn't been arrested yet whoever is behind this!

The moon ring I purchased has tarnished in less than 2 weeks- would never buy from Emma and Mia

I tried to return a pair of earrings ($27) and was given an address in China. Cost to return to china $20. Or I could keep it and be given a 20% discount. I took the discount. So now I’m only being ripped off for $23. When will I learn to never buy anything on Instagram 🤬

I purchased 4 pairs of earrings for $120.00 and they were very low quality. One pair I can't even wear. A very expensive lesson well learned. I would advise everyone not to purchase from them as it appears to be a scam.
