What a waste of time trying to use this company. My wife and I tried to refinance a student loan, and this worthless company made it impossible. Both my wife and I have credit scores of near 800, full time jobs, no late payments in over 5 years. Yet this company denies our application because we told 1 CSR (Samuel Watson) that the process is horrible. He is terrible at his job, and truly has no care for customer experience. It is very clear he hates his job (and I have emails to prove it).
BUYER BEWARE of this company.

Great Experience
