Refinancing experience

On the whole, I really enjoy Earnest. Everyone is very nice and helpful. This may more a more unique experience, but it definitely seems to be a flaw in structure/service. I understand keeping business units separate and not having all information available to all employees, but I had two earnest loans and refinanced still within Earnest. I had to talk to a lot of different teams, who didn't all have access to my information. The process was disjointed and a bit convoluted. I'm sure I'm not the only person who has done or will do this, so it makes me wonder if you need a team/person dedicated to these scenarios--someone who can help with the refinance application and see your previous loan information. I still feel like it's a bit of a wait and see game. I'm confident it will all work out, but it seems odd that it may take so long to go through when it's the same business. I know my friends who use other loan servicers haven't had this problem.
