We worked with Stan Mitchell to secure some loans for our son. It turned out to be a bit more complicated on our end for a few reasons - but working with Stan was a godsend. He worked diligently with us to fully explain and support us through this sometimes confusing process. Communicating with him was always very enjoyable - he is clear and follows through for you. We could not have asked for a better situation in having Stan as our Loan Officer. Thank you !

I started with credible and ELFI offered the best terms for my situation. After selecting ,y offering, I was sent ot ELFI's dashboard to complete my application. My advisor, Stan, was very helpful. When I called, I wasn't on hold for a very long time and Jacob was very kind about a couple things I was tryign to understand. The tool was simple and easy to use. The underwriters were quick. I had 2 private student loans approved for refi within 36 hours! This is goign to being a lot of relieve to my stress on expenses.

The Lending/ ReFi process taken to the next evolutionary step. Simplicity to the point of elegance, a 100% digital experience, and zero wasted time. On top of that my son and I got a better interest rate, a digestible term, and a payment he can almost afford! Very unlike the previous lender that rhymes with Run DMC and is a soulless, vampiric, predator feasting on the hopes and dreams of young people trying to have a future.

The application process was easy. ELF also communicates with you with instructions for all followup steps. You are assigned a Student Loan Advisor who is available to help with any questions you may have and stays with you throughout the loan process. Excellent experience!

The website is well designed and user friendly. Uploading documents is simple. I found the entire process easy to navigate from start to finish. Customer service is excellent and everything was completed in a very timely manner.

The whole process felt easy to understand with the guidance from the person who helped me, Stan. This was my first time dealing with loan refinancing as a young adult, and I found it much less complicated then I anticipated. I appreciated the patience from Stan as well while I worked on putting together all my information.

Very Quick, helped halve my monthly payment on student loans

Spent long hours trying to find a good rate for refinancing loans for my son, finally found it and thanks to ELFI! It took very little time from start to end. All along had help from customer service representatives like Stan Mitchell and many others who were very patient with my questions and helped me resolve my issues very efficiently. They are nothing but just highly professional and efficient people dedicated to the purpose of helping people like us. Thank you all!

Made Refinancing a Breeze
Refinacing student loans is scary and cumbersome but like many others Stan helped me through and allowed for me to get all my work sent in. I am really happy with my new loan provider and the attention to detail they have provided. It was much easier than other applications I have done.

My loan advisor was great, he helped me through the entire process making sure I'd get the loan I needed. I understand the need but I had to upload A LOT of statements which is tedious on the website.

Communication was thorough and to the point. As soon as documents were given they were efficient in letting us know what else we needed. Results came back quickly
