Today we viewed two of the Eccleston Homes sites, with our experience from start to finish being excellent. Both Marcus and Anne have been extremely helpful in aiding us with our decisions, as well as options whilst ensuring we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision, with nothing too much trouble. We therefore could not recommend these enough.

We recently visited two Eccleston Homes sites, Scarisbrick and Horwich. We met with Rosie and Anne and both were very hospitable and knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome.

They were both generous with their time and dealt with our many questions.

Great customer engagement
We visited the Eccleston Homes site at Viscount Green. We were welcomed by Anne at the show home office. She explained everything we wanted to know and discussed the options available. She was very helpful and has an excellent knowledge of this sector. The houses looked great and presented to a high standard.

Eccleston homes build really lovely properties
The problem is once you have moved in they don’t really care, I’ve been living in the Lords Fold site now for 18 months some of my neighbours have been here 12 months longer than that, today we find that the road is still unfinished. The public open space is a disgrace, and no matter who you meet from their company they just continually fob you off and try to lie to you. Given what I know now I wouldn’t buy a property off them again. We simply want to live here in peace and quite in a clean road ….not a dust bowl where contractors have no respect for the residents.

I’d be embarrassed if I was part of the board of directors. But they simply move onto their next development.

We are very happy with our experience to date with Eccleston Homes, Horwich.
Anne is absolutely fantastic and has made our experience of choosing our home a delight. She is an excellent combination of friendly and professional. Her patience with our endless questions has been unwavering!
Nothing is too much trouble, in fact she’s just been on the phone with an update which has been very reassuring. We are really looking forward to moving in to our new home.

Dawn at the Holland House Farm development has been amazing start to finish. She was always so helpful with our many questions and kept us up to date constantly!

Lewis the site manager has also been great since we have moved in, with getting any issues fixed quickly and contacting us to keep us updated.

Rosie and Marcus have been so helpful from the start of my journey with Eccleston Homes. They have accommodated my requests and sort out answers when I’ve asked. Rosie has arranged viewing when I asked and both have been very Friendly and helpful. I hope the journey continues as smoothly when sale goes through. I’m looking forward to moving in hopefully soon.

Buying a new home as they say is one of the most stressful events that can occur. So having someone at the end of the phone line to sort out all your issues is vital. You hear of many horror stories of developers taking the money and abandoning their customers. But I have to say Bee at Customer Care has helped me so much. I have moaned, joked and probably cried she has always gone out of her way to look after me. Her telephone manner, empathy and compassion are next to none.Thank you Bee.
