Great experience visiting Morris homes and learning about the development. We received great advice and information. Overall a fantastic experience.

Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Morris Homes. Jess was fantastic throughout the entire process; she kept us updated with regular messages and photos of the building progress, which was a lovely touch. She was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything about the property and following up consistently for our various appointments. Her helpfulness made a huge difference.

As for the build quality, it is good. Being a new build, there were some expected minor snags, but no major issues at all. Most importantly, the aftercare was excellent. Once we highlighted the minor points to John, the Site Manager, he ensured every single one was fixed. It’s been a very smooth experience

We recently purchased our new home at Morris Homes Station Grange and have had a very positive experience throughout the whole journey.

A special thank you to Jess, who supported us from the beginning and continues to be incredibly helpful even after completion. She was always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any questions or concerns, making the process much smoother and less stressful.

We’d also like to thank John, the site manager, who has been excellent in helping to resolve any issues promptly and professionally. His support and attention to detail have been greatly appreciated.

Overall, we are very happy with our new home and the customer service we received from the team at Station Grange. We would happily recommend Morris Homes to anyone looking for a new-build home.

Just started looking for a New Home and went into Station Grange. The show homes were sensational and so was Lynne. Nothing was too much trouble, she was so knowledgeable and welcoming and answered all of our questions. A definite asset to your company.

Five stars without hesitation! From the moment we first engaged with Morris Homes, the level of service has been nothing short of exceptional.

We initially dealt with Julie, and then Claire in Sales. Both were helpful, attentive, and made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward from day one.

What has also stood out, is that the brilliant service didn't stop on moving day. Dean, our site manager, has been fantastic — every and any snag and issue we've raised has been dealt with promptly and professionally, with no chasing and no delays. It's refreshing to deal with a housebuilder that genuinely follows through after the sale.

It's clear that Morris Homes take pride not just in building homes, but in looking after the people who live in them.

We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently purchased a new property on the grange estate - was very excited as we had an older property before and looking forward to having all new. The service before completion cannot fault Morris Homes. Very helpful until we exchanged contracts - the 1st couple of months the property was great, then the issues started, which we expected being a new build. What we wasnt expecting was the lack of customer care from Morris. We are nearly 18 months in and still refusing to sign happy with the purchase. So far our bi fold doors have been attended to 7 times and adjusted as they keep sticking with us having to use our annual leave and wait in all day (issue not been resolved 18 months in). We have also had 6 visits for ticking pipes all through the house, had my ceiling ripped out patched 3 times with plasters and painter and cleaners coming ever other day. Again this issue hasnt been resolved and are still ticking with no luck from Morris of having it sorted. I have had two new front doors as they wouldnt lock and sit right (this is one issue now resolved). The area manager doesnt respond to any emails and seems to ignore us even though he was supposed to be dealing with the issues. The site manager we have never seen so all in all the after care is awful but the house is lovely if issues have been sorted.

We visited The Meadows in Macclesfield, we were impressed with the high standard of work evident in the show home. The house we were interested in had a reservation on it but Wendie kept us up to date with how that was progressing. She arranged a plot visit for us, took time out to show us the available fixtures and fittings should the plot come available. In the end, we decided the house wasn't for us due to the location as it was too much of a relocation for us. Wendie was amazing, so understanding even wishing us luck with our eventual move. I can't fault her professionalism and caring nature, she is a definite asset to Morris homes.

- Me and my partner are currently part‑exchanging our home to move into a Davenham at Arden Park, and our experience with Chris so far has been spot on. From day one he’s been incredibly helpful — straightforward to communicate with, easygoing, but still completely professional and efficient.

- What’s stood out most is how proactive he is. Chris keeps us updated without us having to chase, which has really put us at ease during what can be a stressful process. He’s made everything feel smooth, clear, and well‑managed, and we genuinely feel looked after.

From the very beginning, she has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely supportive. Moving internationally can be stressful and complicated, but Megan made the entire process feel manageable and even enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience buying our first home with Morris Homes, and a big part of that was thanks to Jess from Station Grange, Coventry.

As first-time buyers, the whole process can feel quite overwhelming, but Jess made everything so much easier for us. She was incredibly patient and supportive. No question ever felt too small, and she was always approachable and reassuring. We moved in 2 months ago and still come up with questions, and she is always available to help us.

We had a fantastic experience with Pauline at Morris Homes in Northampton. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Pauline took us to view the homes on two separate occasions without any hesitation, making sure we had the time and space to properly consider our options.

My partner and I are looking to buy our first home together. We visited both Morris homes and the Shelbourne estate, Hursbury Grange. We spoke to Rob at the Shelbourne estate and genuinely had a really great experience. Rob was knowledgeable, professional and patient with all our questions. We viewed a few homes which we loved and Rob was able to help us so much with starting our decision towards what our first home may look like. Wendie the sales advisor was really attentive and friendly. She showed us the 4 bedroom show home ‘The Winster’ and it was such a lovely house. She is really knowledgable, personal and helpful throughout the whole viewing. My partner and I had a truly positive experience!
