Great service great staff
Great service great staff. Waited 15-20 minutes for our car which was great for the price. Can't fault them. Would recommend to friends and family. Thanks EAP!!!!

One star is too good for this company
One star is too good for this company. They left us waiting for our car for 2 hours in a cold car park when the car was finally returned at 4.30am we also had a 3 hour drive home from the airport. Our car has 50 miles added to the mileage , our car was absolutely filthy and they have unplugged my mirror dash cam which cannot he removed from the car whilst driving away from the airport on a roundabout we have the footage of your driver turning the mirror around and ripping the wires out as it is hard wired into the car. I have tried to contact this company regarding this and they are ignoring me. If they fail to contact me I will be taking this further.

They had lost my car keys when I arrived at 11:30pm, I was kept waiting until 4am, they never phoned me, I had to keep calling them. I wwas told to wait. At no point was I offered a hotel, and when I told them I would look for one and bill them, I was told that it probably wouldn't be reimbursed.
I had to sleep in the airport, on the floor. The key was eventually found at 11am the next day.
GARETH, the manager, agreed on some compensation for me and a refund of what I paid for the stay. I was told it would be in my account before I'd driven to Birmingham.
It's been a month, he doesn't respond to my messages, when he did answer the phone when I called from a different number, he fobbed me off and said he would make the transfer that day. Still nothing.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.

1 star is still to high of a rating for this company. They have no phone manner what so ever. We were left waiting for over 50 minutes for the car to be returned on car park level 3. When we called to see where the car was the guy that answered the phone said "it's on its way so you can shut up". I have never experienced such rude and unpunctual company in my life. One we got the car all the windows were down because the guy that dropped it off had been smoking DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM

We were met on our outward journey by a lovely lady who was waiting at the airport for us. However, our return journey was very different. I followed instructions and rang for our car to be returned once we had gone through arrivals. The guy said our car would be right with us and to meet it on Level 3 in the car park opposite T3. 30 minutes later still no car. I rang to be told it was on its way. 20 minutes later it arrived. We were left to wait in a cold car park with no where to sit or keep warm. We'd been up since 3.30 am so were quite tired. Not good enough.

1 star is still too high. Rude service. No checking of car. Couldn’t get out of Carparking. Believe they left my car in airport for duration of holiday. Car park wanted to charge me £850!!! Shouldn’t be allowed to trade! DONT USE!!!!!

30 minutes before arrival we rang the company, as advised, to firstly be told there is no booking on our name, after a while on the phone the guy said we should ring him again when we are 10 minutes away. When we did (and eventually got through) he said he will meet us in 15 minutes! After multiple phone conversations once we were at the airport and without any clear instructions we waited another 20 minutes only to be told that we have to pay to exit the parking where we were asked to wait for them! On pick up, again, a long wait, no apology, no clear communication apart from telling us we should pay again to leave the car park, on top of the £50 we had already paid for 3 nights stay. While waiting we got to speak to another couple who had experienced the same issues with the company. Will not be using again!

Drivers looked like they were high on drugs. Staff are rude and aggressive and threatened my 65 year old mum. Extra miles put in car when returned. Loose change stolen from car. AVOID

Terrible. Left greggs wrappers with ketchup on the floor in the car and took an hour to come and collect us. Absolute joke. Scruffy drivers. DO NOT USE.

These clowns will abuse you and your vehicle. They will trash it, I left my 3 month old car, valeted the day before. I got it back covered in shxt Inside and out!! Also, the mileage computer had been reset, I assume that someone had done excessive milage and tried to hide the fact!! The fuel had certainly evaporated.
Not only was the driver late, 45 minute wait. But he threw the key at me and ran away quickly, at least he was ashamed!! Because the customer support relations team don't give a fxxk!! Really Rude agressive emails from them, when they finally reply.
Attack the agent that you have booked through, batter them with complaints and emails. Let them know that they are responsible for the customer that they make money off, by directing them to this disaster of a firm. that will be more effective, as the cowboys who actually take away the car and trash it won't give a shxt.

avoid at all costs.Car returned absolutely filthy,looked like they'd been rallying in it.Mud inside both footwells,so bad I had to throw the mats away and one of the alloy wheels scuffed.The car is 3 months old and is my pride and joy so it was truly shocking to receive it back in such a state.Not the professional company portrayed in the adverts.If you value your car pay a bit more and use the official airport car park as I will be doing in future.
Mis sold valet! Appalling customer service! RUDE!
I booked to park our car with EAP for a week. When booking I added the valet service onto our booking thinking that it would be nice to return home to a freshly cleaned car.
On arrival at the airport I called them to be greeted over the phone with someone who was very unprofessional and quite rude. Telling us we were in the wrong place and to get out of the drop off zone or it would charge us, he to go to T2 west multi-story car park and wait for them on level 1. We did this and had to pay to get out of the drop-off zone, then once there we waited around 50 minutes for them to finally get to us. When the member of staff came for our car he was friendly which restored my faith into the company we had booked with and thought maybe the man I spoke to on the phone was just ‘having a bad day’ – not that it is any excuse to be rude to customers.
On arrival back to Manchester the driver previous told us to call when we go through nothing to declare, so this is when I called. The number was busy for around 5 minutes so I had to keep calling. At 5:00am the man I spoke to over the phone this time was polite and helpful, he told us to go back to the T2 west multi-storey car park to wait for our car where we dropped our car off at and he was sending a driver to collect it now, informing me they would be around 10 minutes.
We waited for 45 minutes for our car to arrive at 5am! Luckily it is summer but it was still a cold wait. When the car arrived it was evident it had not had a valet as paid for and was very dirty on the outside with thick mud. I informed the driver that we paid for the car to be cleaned to which he apologised and told us he is just a driver and to contact the office later today when it opens – something you do not want to be doing after being up all night travelling.
Later that day I did so, calling the office to be told by an automated voice recording to leave a message and they would get back to me, I did so informing them of the issue and leaving my number. I also checked their website for their complaints procedure which informed me that they would ask me to put my complaint into email – I did so. I got nothing, not even an automated email response informing me of how long they may take to respond. So the day after I tried to call them again, again I got an automated voicemail machine to leave a message, I did so and sent my email again. At this point I found their Twitter account and sent them a message on there too. Still nothing!
I left it 6 days before contacting again, this time I added some additional information about my rights as a customer, given to me by my friend who is a solicitor. Surprise, surprise I got a response within 2 hours. The reply on the other hand was very badly written and I was not even given any form of apology for the inconvenience, I was given a refund for the valet but without an apology – very bad customer service. I will not be using this company again and I would NOT recommend them to anyone!

Awful never again, email said to call 20 mins before so I did to have what seemed like a grumpy teenager answer and say your suppose to call when your 10 mins away so call back, 10 mins later where stuck on traffic with ad reception approaching the airport slip road at 7.55 and have signal the lad on the phone with attitude said I told you 10 mins dont be going into the drop off bit till 8.10 and we will meet you there so at 10 passed we go in pull up outside the terminal and call to make then aware 5 calls and another 35 mins later we very told they cant meet us there now we have to go to the west multustory so this is an additional cost to leave the bay area, get to the multi story to wait another 15 mins and then we had to go back to the multi story on arrivals to meet them again which took another 35 mins after the call for them to arrive. This to me isnt meet and great over all I think it would of been cheaper to just park in the multi story.. never again!
Don’t use them
We’ve used Eap services for around 8 years and usually 2 or 3 times a year .... recent service has got noticeably slower but this holiday has been appalling service to which Ive written requesting compensation.
Outward bound we rang with 20 minutes notice and waited for 30 minutes at the airport.
Our return pick up was worse...
1. The call handler couldn’t find our booking and spent 5 minutes on the phone before he said it was on its way, greatly dissatisfied to ask and hear it would be 25 minutes.
2. After 30 minutes I phoned to see where the car was ... was told they’d find out and call back. They didn’t call back and after 20 more minutes I called again, they said they had found out but hadn’t bothered to call me. They said the car was on its way. Surprisingly no apologies.. I remember when we called historically it felt like customer care mattered, we’ve had none of that.
3. It took 1 hour, 1 HOUR for the car to be dropped off.
4. The driver that dropped off the car told us he had seen us waiting when he dropped the last car, we said we’d waited an hour he said “oh my god”. When he dropped the last car not ours we had already been told our car was on its way. The call centre had lied to us.
5. We’ve just had a call assuring us customer services will call however I have no faith...
We will not be using them again.

Actually quite poor value as you have to add £9 in parking fees to the price as they pick up an drop off in an official Airport carpark.

Do not use! Me and my partner was told we had to walk to a different terminal, which was only a 5 minute walk, but never the less you could not really call it a meet and greet service. There was a couple waiting when we arrived, which had been waiting for 50 minutes and when EAP finally arrived for them they had been brought the wrong car. When we asked the delightful driver of the car (PAUL) how long we could expect to wait, he turned around and said that it “wasn’t his car, therefor wasn’t his problem” which then when he was confronted for his arrogance, began to offer it large to my partner wanting to fight. Nothing professional about the guy. When we finally got our car, another member or staff (also called Paul) got out and came across very friendly and apologetic for the other member of staffs attitude. Thank you to Paul for showing us that some staff really can be a credit to there company. But unfortunately they aren’t all like that and the service we received really isn’t one I would recommend to anyone else. Too long waiting for your vehicle, staff rude, and looking at other reviews I am not the only one to have had a bad experience.

Appalling service- would never use again. They are rude on the phone, incompetent, there’s an extra £9 in car parking which is not mentioned on any of the paperwork and unless you particularly enjoy the stress of late arrival of the staff when you have a plane to catch and waiting half an hour in a multi story when you get back, I’d say avoid this company like the plague. Waited for 55 mins on return and they brought the wrong car.
