Easy to book
Easy to book, minimal wait on drop off and pickup, car had only done 6 miles and was in the condition I left it. Overall great value but remember the £9 pick-up and drop off fees imposed by Manchester Airport. Will definitely be using again.
Poor communication
Poor communication when I phoned to find out where to go Was told to ring back when I was 10 mins away and not given clear instructions where to drop off vehicle.
Email said I had to pay £2.40 on top off but was actually £4.50 on drop off and collection so an extra £9 on top if what I paid.
I was told when I rang to be collected that I was expected the day before when my reservation was correct.
Don’t think it was worth the hassle of the meet and greet and the extra charges.
Told the driver about the email and he said it had wrong prices on and he would have to tell them to get it changed !!

Beware - rip off company!!
I would have given them -10 but I can’t. Booked with them for a very early flight out. Never received confirmation but after phoning twice was told definitely booked. Had to call again to get telephone number of of who to speak to and was told to call 20 mins before getting to airport. Sure enough 4:20am - called and mobile was switched off. Eventually got through and the guy was playing at the old “scratching the mic” trick and saying it was a really bad line and he couldn’t hear. Continued trying 32 times in total and when I got to speak to him, he refused to meet us as the drop off point and put the phone down. I had to hastily go for Manchester Airports own parking at a cost of £115 for the 10 days.
Do not use this utterly disgusting company. I’ll now have to sue them to get all my money back and I will definitely be going through the courts to do so.
Also it states on their website that they are a limited company and provides a Co Reg Number. Checked with companies house. Co Reg Number doesn’t exist and there isn’t a company registered with that name.

I have used this company twice in the last 3 months when parking at Manchester airport and they have been nothing more than professional and polite . I would definitely recommend them

I can only repeat the last review. Same story except as we live on the Isle of Man and I had booked to sail home from Liverpool in the 7pm ferry and after phoning EAP at 4.16pm to say I have got my luggage they didn't bring the car to me until 5.20pm we missed our ferry. Avoid this company. They are not cheaper anyway as you have to pay the car park fees when you drop off and pick up your car.

Literally sat in 5pm traffic in Manchester on route home when we landed at 2:30pm writing this review when we could of been home by now. All this could have been avoided if these lads weren’t so incompetent! I rung these cowboys to say we were ready for our car at 3:09pm to be told traffic was a nightmare & there were a couple of people before us, so to not rush to the T2 West side multi storey car park & to go for a coffee!!! (Like are you serious!? Coffee, I want to go home) They said they would be around 20/25 minutes. At 3:16pm I rung them back to say we were there waiting to be told they wouldn’t be too long but to bare with them. 40mins had passed since I first rung them & no sign of our car. I rung them again to be told the same story & that they’ll be 5 minutes which was another lie! We waited a full hour & 10mins before our car arrived. Nothing meet & greet about this service, I would rather pay double the price elsewhere than use this company again! Absolute time wasters!!
BEWARE FOLKS, A BUNCH OF COWBOYS
Should have read the reviews before booking with this not reputable so called company. A big DISGRACE is putting it midly. We booked our car in 2 weeks ago past, for a fortnight, they arrived on time, checked out our car, no damage. 2 weeks when our car arrived back, my husband discovered a huge dent in the bonnet. We pointed this out to the driver, who agreed it was new, as his paperwork showed no damage on drop off. He advised we take a picture and email the so called company, we did, but to no avail. I see on here nobody gets and responces from them, so I headed over to Facebook, where they have wrote the biggest load of rubbish on how they check out customers cars for damage etc. I have commented how bad a service they provide. If I could give them minus 0 stars I would. I am not 1 happy chappy, to say the least. FOLKS BE WARNED! Never again, I, like others have stated am 'kicking myself' as I should have read the reviews before booking them! Grrr. When you click on my picture, this is the damage they've done!

First time using a meet and greet service and I won’t be ever be using it again.
2 very unprofessional looking drivers dropped both of our cars off over 40 minutes late.
Both cars were filthy inside and out, only suggests they were parked in a field.
My 1 week old car unfortunately had a big chip and dent to the front drivers side wing. The driver had already disappeared before I had chance to inspect my car.
Not much correspondence from the office and denied all knowledge.
Quoted £300 to repair my car.

When first suspicions were why had it been through a quick car wash? But still covered in thick mud all over my boot, side steps, front bumper etc.. inside was just as bad, dry mud in both stair wells and also covered in mud in the back seats and on the black carpet. I have a brand new Range Rover Sport and they trashed it, I turned the engine on flat tyre and take to garage were my two warning lights, but to add insult to injury they had put over 300 miles on my clock. I rang instantly and spoke to the rudest man ever and he denied all knowledge of anything, but he then basically told me I was lying and slammed the phone down. I tried to ring several more times and no answer, no reply to my emails either. I rang the police to report all damage to my car, they also said, it’s in the small print, it’s at the owners own risk..??? So what service I thought I was receiving from this so called meet and greet is more likely to be scammers using honest people’s cars to do jobs and socialise in..KEEP AWAY from this company at Manchester Airport, it seems same scammers with 3/4 different contact numbers. My car ending costing me over £450 to correct after this company took my pride and joy on a jolly.. cheats and bad bad people..

Can only say that from beginning to end was hassle free. Met me on departure. Took the car and also took the Mileage. Phoned when we got back and sure enough a very polite young man brought my car back. All very convenient and would d3f use again.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. Under any circumstances use this firm. An absolute joke from beginning to end. Nothing meet and greet about it. They state the car is under cover secure parking 5 miles away...wrong! 28 miles away. Ur car comes back 3 hours later when u return from ur holiday...manky and covered in bird crap. 3 different families where at level 3 with me...3 different companies but all the same mobile number? Something not right. They told us all the same answers at different times. My car had clearly been used when I was away...it may sound strange but even the carpet in the boot of my car was roasting hot. Which indicates to me that the car hasn’t just made the 7-5 minute journey (his words) he claimed it to be.

Appalling company, waited nearly 2 hours to get car bk, driver stood there while we loaded luggage, then hiked it into the waiting car, got home and noticed car was damaged, pop cans in car, cigarette packets left, covered in leaves and dirt, and they refusing to pay for damage, Do not use this company if you value your car.

Not a very good service this trip. Took over 30 mins for them to pick the phone up today on my return to Manchester. Eventually they picked up the call and told me they would be with me in 20 mins. More like 50 mins. When handing the car back to me there was no explanation of apology not for me to check the car over before the driver had walked off. Not very professional. 4 lots of families waiting for them in same predicament. I won't be using this company again

Called the mobile number 50 times before someone picked up, no record of our booking then when we arrived to pick the car up they questioned if we had even booked with them and the man that answered even argued on the phone with me!!! Waited 1 30 mins for our car to be returned since travelling at 3:00am!! Horrible company

Didn’t tell me about the car park charge.when I landed it was 1 hour from me telling them I was there until the driver arrived. Called numerous times (a lot of the time it was ‘user busy’) and was told he’s on his way - turns out the driver was only given my car 45 minutes after I called them! Absolute bunch of lying, unprofessional and incompetent clowns trying to run a business. Don’t be lured in by the low price, just pay a few quid extra and use Jetparks or something, honestly they don’t have a clue.
