If I could rate 0* I would. Disgusting service. Returned my car damaged - it was pristine when they collected. Drove my vehicle to me with flat tyres. Didn’t advise of any issues - just gave me my key... Zobacz więcej

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I have not used them, but witnessed one of their drivers hit a post in a customers Audi (reg JEZ8515). He just reversed back (pretty sure he wouldn't have made the driver aware).... Zobacz więcej

If i could give 0 stars i would

If i could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT use this company. I waited an hour for my car to be dropped off before being informed they had lost my car key. Thankfully i had a spare to get home, however they have not found my key, issued a refund or even offered an apology. I am in the process of taking them to civil court as it is going to cost me approx 600 pounds to have my car locks changed. Currently their staff have possesion of both my car keys and homes address and the company is ignoring me, having been promised a call back from a supervisor/manager four days in a row it has still not happened.

All the bad reviews on here are exactly the same as my recent experience. Over an hour waiting for drop off in freezing cold carpark. Several phone calls later car emerged covered in thick mud inside and out. Cigarette burn on the drivers seat and food crumbs all over the carpets.Complete cowboy company. Please think twice before using this service!!

Utter cowboys avoid at all costs,

1st time in August we waited 2 hours for our car, contacted head office for a refund, and ecplaination- still waiting for some form of contact.
I gave benefit of the doubt and rebooked them for September, and my car came back with passenger door mirror hanging off, Paul their staff member hadn't even noticed during his few mile car journey to the airport. Gevwas quick to make his getaway but we got a pic of him beforehand.
I contacted head office to explain, as paul had told me to do. I was asked to email pics of the damage and that I'd hear back withing 7-10 days, it's currently 4 weeks since my first email, and still no communication back from them.... I've rang and emailed but no joy at all...... The girl in head office is also useless, she won't give me managers number. I wish I'd read trust pilot before using these guys

Word of warning do not use this company the drivers who work for the company are horrendous!!!! Avoid at all costs

All drivers are over the age of 25 and have full uk licence with no points.
This is a requirement of the insurance.

Very disappointed

Service going there was great. Use this company 3 times a year and always had a good experience but this time on our way home we waited over 45 mins for our car to arrive. The car was full of mud on each side and inside the drivers side was full of mud. And then there was this disgusting smell. Like people have been eating on my car. The smell is there this is now over 48 hours. Emailed the company and still no reply.

Car was filthy on return

Car was filthy on return. No chance to check it over as driver disappeared very quickly. Scratch on the bumper. Inside filthy. As if had been kept in a feild. Have tried to send a complaint with no success.

Had to wait half hour for its return so goodness knows where its kept.

Not at all impressed would never use again

Hi all our parking areas can be found on the park mark website we have nothing to hide.
It is impossible for our drivers to run away before you check your vehicle has they have the key to hand over to you.

I'd rather walk berefoot to airport than give them my keys again

They managed to damage my gearbox, the guy got out threw me the key and virtually ran off down the stairs. Had to get towed home.
Mechanics said it had been mistreated to do that.
They wouldn't even reply to my emails or calls.
Wouldn't even refund my parking fee.
Car came back filthy also, mud splatter up to the windows.

We are not liable for any deterioration in your vehicle ie gear bx as this could fail at any time during the vehicle life. This will not have been caused by our drivers.

Very good service

Very good service
Easy to find as location. As we arrived lady did some pictures of the car and mileage we were picking up straight way and dropped of at aeroport . When we came back from holiday waited 10-15 min to be picked up . Team was helpful. I will use it again

Awful

Had to phone 30 mins before arrival. Did so and the guy said phone when you’re 10 mins away. Phones 10 mins away, no answer so proceeded to meet & greet. Got turned away from there as not registered so phoned again. Rude guy told me to go into multi story and wait. 30 mins later someone came and took me to pay machine where I had to pay £7 for them to get my car out of car park. On return the car came back into multi story absolutely caked in thick orange mud 3/4 of the way up the doors and even on the bonnet. Ok this is a LandRover but I’ve never managed or go over rough terrain fast enough to get mud that high up the car!. Had to pay another £3.50 to get the car out of the multi story.... Never use!,,

Will not be using again and will not be recommending

Departure/drop-off: miscommunication between the office and the driver meant that we were waiting in one area for 25 minutes, while he was in another.

Arrival/collection: I called the office as soon as we landed and was asked to call back when we got through security, which I did at 15:15. I was told that my car would be dropped off in 15-20 minutes and to wait in the collection area. When we got there, the driver wasn’t there so I called again at 15:45 to confirm that we were in the right area - I was told that the driver was on his way and wouldn’t be long. I made numerous call attempts to see how long the driver would be (all failed because their phone was engaged) and eventually got through to the office at 16:13 - the office said that the driver was on his on way and I asked them to call the driver to see exactly how long he would be as we had been waiting for over 30 minutes. They called me back a few minutes later and I was told that the driver was stuck in traffic but that he would be there in 15-20 minutes. The driver turned up with the car at 16:40, just over an hour after the office originally said it would be there. The car was fine: no damage.

When we got in to the car, I noticed that the engine was cold so I checked the duration of the current drive and this showed that my car had only been driving for 7 minutes. This made it clear to me that the office was giving me incorrect information about the status of the driver’s location in every one of our conversations.

Regardless of whether it’s the office’s or the driver’s fault, this is not the kind of service I expect to receive and I won’t be using them again. From seeing multiple customers of other airport services come and leave with their cars within 5-10 minutes, there are much better options than EAP.

Wouldnt use again

On dropping the car was on the phone to an extremely rude man. He actually hung up on me at one point as he was asking me all sorts of questions about my booking as I was driving. I was told to phone 20 mins when away from the airport. I expected to be asked the registration number and when I was due back but I was asked What date i booked it? What my flight number is returning home? As if anyone knows that while driving in heavy traffic, this should have been done beforehand if they needed all this info. Was met with what I would not call a professional driver, he wasnt even going to do a walk round my car. Ended up giving him 4.50 to get out the carpark. Very strange that I paid in and out the carpark, should have only been once. Even then they dont tell you about this charge. My car was returned after us being delayed almost 25hours. Same rude man on the phone telling us to not phone at luggage but once we were out. This meant we waited 30 minutes for someone to drop the car. This man was nice but I wanted to check my car and he was off. Few new scratches on my door but he was away that quick I couldn't say anything. Wouldnt do this type of parking ever again as it was not a quicker experience as I expected it to be. Would rather drop my car in a carpark myself and go my holiday without stress.

Awful, awful, awful!!!!!

Awful, awful, awful!!! Rude and arrogant person came to collect the car, we had changed the car registration from the original booking and had an email that confirmed this change. Got told by the most jumped up little man I had ever met that because I had been in the car park longer than 10 minutes I now had to pay £25 to get my car out of the car park to where they park the cars offsite. Told him he must be having a laugh and that after paying nearly £60 for parking if he thought I was going to give him another £25 he must be kidding! Spoke to his ‘boss’ on the phone and was taking about us like we wasn’t even stood there and then told whoever he was taking to on the phone that he would just ‘abandon the car at the side of the road if he couldn’t get it out and that it wasn’t his problem’. Eventually had to give him £4.50 to get the car out of the car park. We was going abroad to get married and this definitely put a downer to the start of the holiday. Would not recommend AT ALL.

Disgraceful Service

Booked this company through We Deal Meet and Greet, however, followed the instructions on the email confirmation on approach to Manchester and after three calls the driver turned up 25 minutes late.
Followed the same advice on landing at Manchester and called them at 04:40 and told we will be there in 20 mins. Called them another three times to see where they were, last call at 05:40 by this time 1 &1/2 hours since we landed! finally turned up at 05:50 full of apologies . Car absolutely filthy.
What they obviously didn't know is that the vehicle is fitted with a tracker. Distance from lock up to Terminal 2? 2.3 miles!! travelling time? 9 minutes!!
Would I use these again??? NO
Would I recommend them??? NO

We have used this company for many years

We have used this company for many years. Unfortunately the past few times we have been waiting 30 minutes for collection and pick up.
We had a problem last week as we went to the normal drop off point . We then had a call to say they couldn't find us. We should have been in west car park. At no point were we told this on the telephone . It cost £25 to get out of the terminal 2 drop off to then go to west car park!!.
Very disappointed this time but usually have a pleasant experience.
