Efficient and professional from start to finish. My 91 year old Mother had a blockage. They came out straight away and it turned out that part of the drainage system was broken. My Mother couldnt stay in her home. First thing Monday morning they returned and quickly and cleanly fixed the broken drain. Very impressed from start to finish with communication and fixing the problem. My Mother was back in her home by Monday lunchtime. Thank you for prioritising her. She was very grateful.

Well Kieran who came out first Mis diagnosed the issue and said I had to dig up near the old toilet in the shed, but the drain goes under the house not to the shed.
Simon and Chris came today and did an amazing job. They cleared the block and also identified that there were rods in the drain 12 meters from my man hole, this implied that they had been left by Yorkshire Water, they are going to report this issues of the rods to Yorkshire Water so they can retrieve the rods so my issue won’t happen again, I hope they do.
I would like a full report of the issue and pictures of the rods in the drain in the road so I can report it as well.

We had a serious blockage in our internal drainage. Iain and Graham arrived with specialist equipment on the agreed day. Once the agreed work had been completed, the problem had not been solved due to a secondary issue. Iain and Graham found the problem causing the secondary problem and solved it. Great job

Chap who keep to give me quote to change a old stop tap which was connected to lead pipe was pleasant friendly but the quote was not so friendly it was £610.So I got another quote from local plumber who quote for the same job £180.

I'd like to recommend Dyno Plumbing in East Scotland and in particular to Gary Conway who carried out the work.
I'd like to recommend Dyno Plumbing in East Scotland and in particular to their plumber Gary Conway who identified and fixed the leak in my bathroom today.
Gary was very polite and efficient, together with explaining what caused the leak and the work involved in fixing it. Dust sheets were put down to contain any dust etc and he cleaned everything up when he had finished.
I will mark Gary as a 10 as a very efficient worker.
