Carl S proved to be an outstanding engineer; he persisted with a difficult problem and solved it. Additionally, he solved the problem we had with our water pressure on the bathroom washbasin. First class.

I'd like to recommend Dyno Plumbing in East Scotland and in particular to their plumber Gary Conway who identified and fixed the leak in my bathroom today.
Gary was very polite and efficient, together with explaining what caused the leak and the work involved in fixing it. Dust sheets were put down to contain any dust etc and he cleaned everything up when he had finished.
I will mark Gary as a 10 as a very efficient worker.

Dean was super-helpful ... thanks for getting to the bottom of our drainage problem.

Had a blocked loo so time of the essence. Dyno rod turned up at time promised, within 12 hours. They were very polite, after explaining problem they quickly got down to fixing it. Unfortunately the blockage had cleared itself overnight so although they didn't have to unblock the pipeworks but still gave pipes an inspection and gave welcome news that there were no breakages or problems. Very professional and tidied up after themselves. Would definitely use again if any future problems. Thank you.

Dean Barber arrived earlier than expected and went beyond expectations in service. They provided clear explanation of the issues and provided advice and recommendations going forward. They wasted no time in resolving the problem, fantastic work with no mess made. Highly recommended service and very much appreciated.

I have sent two messages via their website but they have not responded to either one. One of their vans decided not to wait in queuing traffic but drove past in the wrong side of the road and then had to push in to avoid the oncoming vehicles.

I had a major drainage emergency today when my upstairs bath backup flooded my patio. Kenny from Dyno-Rod came out to help, and he was simply fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, reassuring, and professional.
He managed to trace and clear a tough root blockage halfway down my garden using high-pressure jetting, got everything flowing perfectly, and even took the extra time to properly inspect the stack and pipes, giving me clear advice on the next steps and report details. You can instantly tell he is a total master at what he does. If you ever need drainage help, Kenny is your guy. Massive thanks for saving the day—truly five-star service!"

Awful company. Dishonest and poor communication. Overcharge. Quoted over £700 for a job that a more professional firm later did for £120. Dirty work practices, squirting air freshener around is not the same as wiping up after yourself. Take the time to find alternatives, you'll be glad you did.

Graham arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. What's more, he had a very happy and friendly manner. Very happy customers. Thank you.

Absolutely superb central heating full radiator replacement project.
Carried out by George Thompson and colleague Mike this was an Absolutely first rate job.
They arrived on time and completed the job in the predicted time.
No mess. Everything clean and tidy when they left.
Could not have wished for a better standard of service. Highly recommended.
