Had the nightmare experience today of raw sewage coming up out of the loo and all over the bathroom floor. Dynarod were able to get someone out to me in just over an hour.

Lewis not only fixed the blockage that caused the flood but also cleaned up the bathroom floor. I’m so grateful as I don’t think I could have done it myself without vomitting! He was also very calm and reassuring when I wasn’t at my best. I would definitely use the company again.

Matt was very friendly and personable he explained everything and what he thought it was.
He had to come back after we adjusted the sink pedestal.
We are all sorted it was a pleasure dealing with him very happy.

I had Dino Rod out to my house today, and the engineer was excellent. He found the problem quickly and sorted out the problem. It was so easy to book online, and confirmation was very quick. I had a call from the engineer when he was on his way. I would definitely use them again

The man who came rang me first to give a time. The gent was very nice and polite, found the issue with my drain. No pressure to get the work done. Will definitely be using them for the work that needs to be done.

The guy who came was very friendly. Very efficient. Found the problem quickly. So the service was all great. He couldn’t fix it though.
However! When I booked the job in I was told that call out was free, I would be given a quote and then decide if I wanted to proceed or not. I was warned that the job would cost a minimum of £198 and go on up from there depending on the problem. None of that happens I was charged a straight out fee of £198 despite him not being able to do anything to fix the problem.

I have just had my drains unblocked by Glyn. Such a lovely man, I was really worried it was difficult to get to a would be a length job. He was very reassuring and so quick. Very tidy afterwards too. Highly recommend!

Booked online appointment and Glyn arrived the next day as planned. Called me in advance to let me know he was 30 minutes away. He was professional, polite and walked me through the process. Couldn't fix on the day so treated the appointment as a quote visit rather than a call out and arranged to revisit with the additional equipment needed.

Had an engineer from another company (Plumbers365) come round to clear a blocked drain. They didn't clear it. They didn't even identify where the blockage was. The charged an additional £200 to use the camera but then refused to put it all the way to the blockage (in case it damaged their camera).
Charged £385
And quoted £6600 to fix the problem .

So I contacted Dyno -Rod. The Engineer offered to come out same day. Was prompt. Cleared the drain in 15 minutes. Ran the camera through the entire drain for me to show there was no damage to the pipe.
No remedial work needed.

Called in under 24hours, kept in the loop with the arrivals etc. engineer knew his stuff and although could fix due to collapsed drain offered a variety of advice on best solution. Great service
