On vend du made in italy mais c’est du made in chine
J’ai acheté une veste qui vaut 790€ , ils affichent sur leur site fabriqué en Italie mais la veste arrive et sur l’étiquette est marqué fabriqué en Chine, quelle honte pour une veste à ce prix là, le coût et qualité de fabrication n’as rien à voir entre un produit chinois et un produit italien. En plus le service client me demande juste pardon et on me dit qu’ils vont faire le nécessaire pour régler ça mais on réalité ils s’en fichent parce que c’est toujours pas changé sur leur site.
Faites bien attention on vous vend du rêve mais en réalité c’est dé produits chinois ils sont pas à l’hauteur des autres marques italiennes de luxe.

Our collections change from year to year, we often have to use several different suppliers, but this does not change the quality of our product: quality control, design and product development is conducted by professional teams here in Italy at our headquarters.
Website mistakes can occur sometimes, but this is not to be interpreted as a scam. We have been a prestigious brand for years, we would never behave this way.

Zeer slechte klantenservice. Heel lang gewacht op levering, toen beschadigde items gekregen. Deze heb ik direct geretourneerd, al ruim 2 weken geleden. Nog steeds geen bevestiging hiervan ontvangen, terwijl de items al meer dan een week terug zijn bij hen. Eerste en laatste keer online besteld..

Ich kaufe Dsquared2 Produkte schon seit Langem. Aber was mich massiv stört, ist, dass in letzter Zeit alles, was ich kaufe, Made in China ist. Hallo !!! Hab heute ein paar Schuhe gekauft für 600€ und die reichen wie die von basar . Nur ein etikett drauf mit "41 Made in China " . Da frag ich mich für was 600 € ?

Zeer slechte kwaliteit! Mijn broek van 600 euro is binnen een half jaar kapot gegaan. De naden liepen allemaal los, ondanks dat ik de broek altijd op 30 graden heb gewassen. Dit is echt teleurstellend voor zo’n duur merk. Gekocht in Zwolle.
