Abgesehen von den zick schlechten Bewertungen hier bei Truspilot, ist Dsquared einfach nur MEGA überteuert. Die Damen Jeans sind zu 80% Cropped Jeans, weniger Stoff, gleicher Preis und normal lange Jeans sind überbewertet (IRONIE). Hinzu kommt, dass die Jeans meist einfach nur steiff sind und MEGA unbequem, auch Elasthan (max 1%) wird hier überbewertet. Immer diesselbe Jeans seit Jahren ohne große Veränderung, die waren mal sehr angesagt aber mittlerweile einfach nur noch LANGWEILIG und UNBEQUEM. Gut das es noch viele andere Luxuslabel gibt, die es besser machen.

Extremely poor quality-Damaged by rain- no support

I bought an expensive jacket at the Dsquared2 Koningsplein store , and to my surprise,it got completely stainned after being caught in the rain once. For a luxury brand,the quality of the materials is unacceptable. I havesent several emails with photos to the store Dsquared2-Koningsplein showing the damage, but i have been completely ignored for weeks . Iexpect a premium brand to stand behindits products .Since the store refuses to answer, I am now taking this case to the European Consumer Centre(ECC) .
And Klachtenkompas , Consumentenbond .
Avoid this store if you value your money and expect any customer service

Ware wurde ordnungsgemäß verpackt und mit DPD retouniert. Dann kam die Info von DSQUARED2 Logistig dass der Karton ohne Inhalt angekommen sei. Ich habe alle Belege und auch eidesstattlich versichert dass es ordnungsgemäß verpackt wurde. Es gab keinerlei entgegenkommen oder Interesse von DSQUARED2 den Fall zu klären. So geht man nicht mit seinen Kunden um!!

Liefern mit DPD, was in meiner Wohngegend der miserabelste Lieferservice ist. Es gab mit 1 Woche Verspätung einen einzigen Zustellversuch, der aber erfolglos war - niemand kann eine Woche ununterbrochen darauf warten, dass DPD die Zeit findet ein Paket auszuliefern. Nach dem ersten Versuch sofortige Rücksendung aufgrund der Lüge von DPD, dass die Annahme verweigert worden sei.
Seither warte ich seit über 3 Wochen auf eine Rückerstattung, der Kundenservice hat kein erkennbares Interesse hier eine Lösung herbeizuführen.
Ich werde bei diesem Shop nicht erneut bestellen und kann den Shop auch nicht empfehlen.

I placed an order on 1/29/2026 and had to contact customer service since they were not shipping the item.
They said that they did not have any order with the number that they provided in the confirmation email.
They were able to locate my order after I sent them screenshots. They sent me an email with a tracking number. FedEx states that they do not have my order with them yet. Ten days later and they are not yet shipping

Placed an order, worth approx £600, on 5th Dec.
Package reached the UK and then was returned to sender due to a problem with address!
Now 5 weeks later STILL awaiting my refund!!
Absolutely atrocious customer service, company will not refund me even though I never received item and Dsquared have been informed by the courier that it is being returned. Sick of receiving the same stock reply to my demands for a refund, have contacted my credit card company for a refund.
I would stay well clear of this half a**ed company!

Dsquared2 conferma ancora una volta l’altissima qualità dei suoi capi. Il tessuto del pantalone è eccellente, si percepisce subito al tatto, così come la cura e la particolarità delle rifiniture. Il disegno del pantalone è semplicemente spettacolare: mi piace da morire, ha carattere e personalità, esattamente ciò che cerco in un capo Dsquared.

Unico neo sul prodotto è il packaging, decisamente un po’ scarno: da un brand di questo livello mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più curato e distintivo. Aspetto rivedibile.

Il servizio clienti è discreto: rispondono con buona velocità e cortesia, aspetto apprezzabile.

Nota dolente, purtroppo, le tempistiche di consegna: oltre 20 giorni di attesa sono davvero troppi e non all’altezza del marchio.

Nel complesso ottimo prodotto, ma alcuni aspetti logistici e di presentazione possono e devono migliorare.
