Esperienza pessima

Esperienza pessima , ho acquistato un costume della dsquared2 in un negozio , dopo 4 bagni una scritta gialla stampata sul retro si è cancellata ( il costume è integro non graffiato e le altre scritte sono intatte quindi non è stato lavato male) contatto il servizio clienti il quale non mi risolve il problema dicendo che intervengono solo per acquisti sul sito ufficiale , il negoziante non ne vuole sapere e quindi ritengo che una firma del genere dovrebbe scusarsi e sostituire l’articolo invece di mandare a comprare il pepe , anche perché un costume di 200 euro no dovrebbe portare le scritte stampate male

Assistenza clienti imbarazzante

Ho acquistato un capo dal loro sito ufficiale, che ho reso secondo le procedure previste.

Non ho ricevuto nessuna informazione sul mio reso, nonostante il pacco risultasse consegnato sul sito del loro corriere (DHL) e sul loro gestore dei resi.

Dopo diversi solleciti, il servizio clienti continua a ripetermi che ci sono dei ritardi nell'elaborazione del reso, ma a 18 giorni dalla consegna, non ho ancora ricevuto la conferma e rimborso.

Esperienza pessima che non ti aspetti da un brand che vende jeans a 500€. Sicuramente, non acquisterò mai più loro capi.

Purtroppo, questo disguido di sistema ha impattato anche molti altri ordini di clienti fidelizzati e non, creando così comprensibile malcontento. Ci dispiace davvero molto per quanto accaduto ma ti assicuriamo che stiamo facendo il massimo per completare tutte le procedure di reso nel più breve tempo possibile.

The worst online shopping experience

Have spent thousands on Dsquared2 over the years and have always bought from shops just recently I bought a belt direct from this company £255 at size 105 expecting it to be 105 centimetres when it arrived it was 117 1/2 centimetres bizarrely far to big so I sent it back nearly 1 month later and counting and countless excuses via email they have the belt and my money still with the same old sorry excuse emails and no exact date for when I will get my money back absolutely ridiculous customer service from a company with a high price fashion products I won’t be buying this brand again.

Absolutely disappointed with the…

Absolutely disappointed with the service. I purchased a cap in July which I returned as soon as and I am still waiting for my refund. When I email for updates regarding my refund I receive a genetic response. I would avoid dealing with this retailer as it is not worth the hassle. You should not have to wait over 2 months for a refund.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service and refund process

I returned my order on 11 August, and over a month later, I’m still chasing my refund. Every response I’ve received has been a generic apology stating they’re “working with the relevant department.” There has been no real resolution or sense of urgency. I have had to raise a dispute with my payment provider to get my money back. This level of service is unacceptable—I strongly recommend avoiding this retailer altogether!

There are always problems with orders

There are always problems with orders: items are delivered in the wrong size, ordered items aren't available, or items that were delivered are defective. None of this should happen with a premium brand. But the support, when something doesn't work as expected, is very customer-oriented, helpful, and responds very quickly. Thumbs up for the support.

Las reviews positivas aquí son falsas. Son compradas y generadas de forma automática igual que sus mails de servicio al cliente, la empresa está en bajada total así que es una cosa la cual me esperaba.

Su servicio de envío no cumple los tiempos, siempre te llegará una semana más tarde. Lo mejor es que harán lo que sea por no devolverte el dinero, por minima que sea la cantidad.

EDITO: dicen que te pongas en contacto con ellos pero llevamos 24 días de contacto y no hay resolución ni cercana a clara.
