The worst service in an online store

I ordered a pair of pants. I requested express delivery and paid for express delivery. I requested a return, received the product and for 15 days they did not answer when the price would be credited, they sent me a reply that it would be credited immediately. 15 days later they returned me less money than the value of the product while the return was free. The worst service from a large company I have ever experienced.

Since the day I sent the product back, I have not had any information from your company. While checking your shipment, I sent three emails, one of which you replied and informed me that you received it on August 6 and that you would immediately refund the price. After a week, absolutely nothing had happened, I had not received any email, I tried again for three days to contact you until you sent me an email that it was being promoted after a week and sent a discount code. Several days passed again without any price having been credited nor had I received any notification. This is not the best for your company and does not honor the cooperation you have with the customer. After 15 days of receiving it and after repeated emails and endless attempts to communicate, you told me that the amount would be refunded to my card. Big surprise, you returned €30 less than the normal price. After a new email from me to you, you replied that you would also refund the remaining €30. This entire experience is the worst I have encountered with a similar brand.

Massively Disappointed – Poor Quality Control and Customer Experience

I want to share my recent experience because I am extremely disappointed with this brand.

I placed an order ( £240 ) expecting new sneakers. What I received instead was shocking: a pair that had clearly been used and returned by another customer. The shoes arrived dirty and in poor condition. It was obvious that the company didn’t even bother to open the box for a simple quality check before sending them to me.

When I raised my concern, I was told to return the sneakers for a refund. Honestly, that felt like a joke. Do they really think customers should waste their own time and money fixing mistakes that should never have happened in the first place? Instead of an apology that matched the seriousness of the issue, I was offered a 15% discount code—but even that only works on a limited range of products. Completely useless.

I want to be clear: my frustration is not with the individual customer support agent who replied to me. They were polite and tried to help. My issue is with the brand as a whole—its lack of quality control, poor handling of the situation, and complete disregard for the customer experience.

This incident has left me with zero trust in the brand. After being treated this way, I will not shop here again, and I think the company should be ashamed of the service and support it provides.

Massively disappointed and strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

We sincerely apologize for what happened and understand your disappointment in receiving a product that may not have met our standards: items can accidentally become dirty/damaged during the packaging process/shipping even though we pay very high attention during each steps, and there is always the possibility of human error during inspection, but we are committed to providing immediate support when issues such as this arise.
We therefore believe that the important thing is to find a solution to the problem, and the request to return the product is primarily to analyze the facts and what may have happened, especially to prevent it from happening again. On a case-by-case basis, if the product is under warranty and has not been damaged by the customer, we guarantee a refund. The discount, if offered (exceptionally), is a sign of apology and to allow the customer to repurchase. In any case, we kindly ask for the order number or reference ticket number.

Geld nicht zurück

Ich habe schon vor knapp 2 Monaten bestellt gehabt.
2 Schuhe in 43 und 44.
43 kam nie an, erster Punkt wo ich sauer werde. Gab zwar Geld zurück ist aber auch nicht Sinn und Zweck gewesen.
Dann hab ich Größe 44 als Retoure abgegeben und musste trotzdem zahlen. Bin seit Wochen im email Kontakt, man wird nur aufgeschoben.
Krieg mein Geld seid Wochen nicht zurück , Frechheit

Annoyed

First off, I had to return the python gothic clutch I ordered because their dimensions are off. My phone couldn’t even fit inside, it was too small. Either way I returned it and it arrived on the 18th. The status of my return has been idle since then, I’ve contacted esw about 3 times and always the same reply. Something about delays due to the high volume of the summer sales. So there’s a delay and they can’t even give me an estimate on how long it will be. This is ridiculous! I just want my refund or send the the clutch back already!

Delivery - failed to deliver on time!

I ordered for delivery weds / Thursday - it’s now friday and the item is not even in the UK let alone at my house. I ordered this item for a holiday. I will be sending it straight back and won’t be ordering again

Esperienza pessima


Ho commesso un errore iniziale inserendo un indirizzo sbagliato al momento dell’ordine – un errore che ho riconosciuto e cercato di correggere tempestivamente scrivendo al servizio clienti (unico modo per contattarli, dato che non esiste un numero di telefono).

Nonostante abbia indicato l’indirizzo corretto ben due volte via mail, la spedizione è stata comunque rinviata allo stesso indirizzo sbagliato. Nessuna attenzione a quanto comunicato, nessuna reale assistenza o volontà di risolvere il problema.

Trovo molto frustrante dover gestire un problema così semplice senza poter parlare con una persona e senza ricevere risposte efficaci. Di certo non ordinerò di nuovo da loro. Alla fine, per non perdere il pacco, sono stata costretta ad andarlo a ritirare personalmente, con grande disagio e perdita di tempo.

Purtroppo il canale telefonico al momento non è attivo, tuttavia il Customer service è sempre disponibile online per risolvere ogni problematica.

Purtroppo a volte le tempistiche di modifica indirizzo sono più lente rispetto al sistema di invio degli ordini, pertanto se il flusso non viene modificato subito in partenza si possono verificare disguidi di questo genere.

Ci dispiace comunque molto per l'accaduto e speriamo lei non debba rinunciare a ordinare da noi in futuro solo a causa di questa piccola problematica che intendiamo risolvere immediatamente.

Difetto emerso in fase di lavaggio seguendo le istruzioni sull’etichetta

Ho comprato un berretto presso un loro rivenditore. lavandolo seguendo le istruzioni sull’ etichetta (a mano acqua fredda ecc) la parte nera ha perso colore e ha macchiato il ricamo bianco, ho contattato il servizio clienti NON per chiedere un rimborso o una sostituzione ma solo per capire se ci fosse un modo per rimediare. Il servizio clienti mi ha risposto che non avendolo comprato direttamente da loro avrei dovuto contattare il venditore.
Ho trovato questa risposta alquanto deludente, poiché il rivenditore non apporta modifiche ai tessuti, per cui a meno che il prodotto non fosse già danneggiato al momento dell’ acquisto, contattare chi l’ha venduto per un problema emerso in fase di lavaggio e’ chiaramente un problema di tessuti.
Dopo questa risposta sono andata a cercarmi recensioni su questo “brand” e ho trovato moltissime situazioni simili alla mia di colori che perdevano e macchiavano, scritte che si staccavano ecc.
penso che per quanto fate pagare quello che producete almeno la faccia su ciò che vendete dovreste mettercela e magari evitare di scaricare la colpa su chi ha acquistato da voi e ha semplicemente rivenduto.
