I sent an e-mail about a vintage piece I happen to get into my hands. I did not know if it was original or not so I decided to sent the email with pictures of it. I got a reply instantly and 3 girls from the staff named Allison Huamani, Arianna Baruffaldi and Angela Teixeira were very helpful and managed to identify the item. It took me a while to get my refund, Katy was very helpful in resolving the issue. Overall experience is good. Regardless of this issue will be back to shop with them again.

Very disappointing experience
Items listed available on website, but in reality they are not available! Cancelling items in 6 days after placing an order . It takes 8 days to pass item to FedEx and another 10 days to ship item to NY . Ridiculously slow and sloppy service . But Dsquared2 jeans are the best ! Online store doesn’t have a phone contact possibility, and it is always alarming of the quality of the service ! Disappointing, sorry .
