The score is higher because the product quality is higher. If it was just this service I'd give it 2 stars. 1 for taking 8 days to get the order from their HQ in Milano to my neighbourhood in Roma, plus 1 for responding to an email inquiry as to the status if the order promptly.

For €250 an overnight in country delivery should have been possible. There were no strikes, but the logistics plan showed to going to 4 places before announcing it is out for delivery. I could have taken the train to Milano, enjoyed an afternoon in town, and had the product in my house in Roma is less time than this shipment has taken.

My takeaway is, like many things in Italy, order before you know you'll need it as it may take more time than you imagine it will take.

Ich versuche seit 10 Tagen ein Paket an dsquared2 zu retournieren, habe aber laut DPD ein fehlerhaftes Etikett erhalten und das Paket kam zweimal schon zu mir zurück. Nun habe ich bereits zum dritten Mal den Kundenservice angeschrieben (das erste Mal bereits vor einer Woche) und es kommt absolut gar keine Reaktion! Ebenso gibt die Firma keinerlei Rücksendeadresse auf ihrer Website an, so dass ich noch nicht mal auf eigene Kosten eine Rücksendung vornehmen kann. Ein absolut schlechter Service!

Non hanno nemmeno la cortesia di rispondere a una segnalazione riguardante un problema con un paio di scarpe. Ciò che risulta ancora più irritante è il fatto che si presentano come un brand di alta gamma, quando in realtà l’unica cosa di “top” è il prezzo, del tutto ingiustificato rispetto alla scarsa qualità dei materiali utilizzati. È evidente che l’unico obiettivo sia il massimo profitto, a discapito del cliente. Una delusione totale, mediocri!

Edit - I left a negative review as I didn’t receive my item and was denied a refund or an item to be sent out. I’ve now received a refund for an item that I didn’t receive which is brilliant but this did take 2 months and a negative trust pilot review for this to happen. Thank you for resolving.

Arianna provided great customer service. It was very late in my time zone and I don’t know what time it is there but she was wonderful and provided me all the information I needed. She was also patient with me. My first time ordering anything internationally so I had many questions and she didn’t have any problems answering. I love people who knows how to provide excellent customer service.

Ich habe mir letzte Woche über Outletcity Metzingen das erste Mal ein T-Shirt von DSQUARED2 gekauft, das Globetrotter Easy T-Shirt in grau. Passform und Stoffqualität haben zuerst meine Erwartungen erfüllt, bis ich es gerade aus der Waschmaschine genommen und aufgehängt habe. Ich habe es bei 30 °C Feinwäsche gewaschen, aber das T-Shirt hat sich völlig verzogen, die Seitennähte sind total verdreht, es ist nicht tragbar. Es ist eine völlige Enttäuschung, minderwertige Qualität, der Preis ist noch nicht einmal beim Kauf im Sale bzw. über Outletcity gerechtfertigt. Es war für mich der erste und letzte Kauf eines Kleidungsstücks von DSQUARED2.

10.03.2025 Meine Antwort zur Rückmeldung des Herstellers DSWUARED2: Hallo DSQUARED2 Team, ich habe das T-Shirt sogar bei Feinwäsche gewaschen, welches auch für Kleidung aus Seide ist, da dieser Waschgang besonders schonend ist und nicht nur im angegebenen normalen Schonwaschgang. Mit dem Waschprogramm hat das verzogene T-Shirt nichts zu tun.

I was not sure if a shirt 👔 was fake or original,so I send desquared 2 pictures and they proofed it and got an answer very quickly,top service ,very helpful and polite ..then I wanted to know how old the Original is ,which Collection….and Arianna Baruffaldi (desquared 2) helped me again…perfect!!thank you,amazing service !!!
