So disappointed, been waiting for a response for a few weeks with regards to a refund and a return. Also tried to reach in on social media and still no response? Contact page only provides with email which I have been trying to contact via to no joy? Terrible customer service such a shame as the clothing looks lovely

Ordered a couple sets all was perfect one had a slight problem but dressmedolly was so helpful and sent out a new set straight away would 100% recommend good quality clothes and amazing customer service!

Fast delivery, I had the leather look leggings, the quality was amazing, and they had a soft lining inside. Definitely buying again

Terrible company! Avoid at all costs! Ordered something, it never arrived, raised the issue with PayPal & the way the company replied to me was disgusting. So rude. The adviser who replied threatened me if I did not close the PayPal case against them. Still waiting on a resolution as the complaint are not willing to track the parcel or provide evidence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible company!

Very slow delivery/ dispatch to begin with. Everywhere says will be posted via Royal Mail - it’s not, it’s Evri. Shorts were supposedly delivered on Tuesday by evri but nothing arrived. Contacted them to check and explained that they hadn’t arrived and the girl was quite rude to me offering no help at all just said I can see it’s been delivered, what are you insinuating? That the courier stole it? Explained that might not be the case but another delivery from evri due that day also didn’t turn up so could she investigate. Now no replies whatso ever and I’m out of pocket and have been stung by this small business. Even more dissapointed that I loved the shorts and can’t find any other ones I like elsewhere but I’m not risking losing double my money

Dreadful customer service, my order has obviously gone missing, the Evri update has not changed in over two weeks yet I'm meant to wait even longer, why will they not simply check with the courier and let me know either way! I have had minimal contact and will be taking this further, dreadfully run company!

Ordered a coat but wasn’t happy with the material of it, so I returned. When I didn’t get any correspondence regarding this I emailed, no response. Emailed again, no response. The third email I got a reply to say they hadn’t received my previous emails. They asked for proof of return so I asked them to check with their warehouse while I try to find my receipt. Again no reply. I will have to accept that I’ve lost my money and don’t even have a coat as I do not have the energy to take this further, but I wanted to let others know my experience with this company. Safe to say I’ll never be using them again or recommending. I appreciate that I have misplaced my proof of return however it was a long time ago, I didn’t expect this to happen and it would be nice even to have a response explaining that they will/have checked with the warehouse to see if they had received my return. The very few emails that I did receive were very abrupt, not even a hello on them. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Good luck to anyone else in my situation 👍🏽

I’m in shock at the good reviews on here!
Whilst I appreciate items at £25 are not going to be designer quality, what I would expect is that they are as described & wearable!!
I paid £55 for two sweatshirts in 8/10.
They arrived in stuffed in a cheap bag after a week.
They where both 44 inch chest, no where near an 8/10. Totally nothing like the picture & certainly not the “good quality” material as stated.
I wish I could posts pictures of what they advertised & what I got. To top it off one was all marked with biro on the front.
I’ve since seen the same rubbish I received for sale on eBay & Etsy for £10 each!
I’m now £8 out if pocket for postage as they have refused my request for a pre-paid return.
Overpriced rubbish & don’t buy from this site!

I have purchased a few bits from here now, the clothing is really lovely, unusual and great value, I always get compliments when I wear a specific set, I will be ordering more. All in all great clothing

Would highly recommend I've ordered x2 outfits from here now and they are the most comfortable tracksuit sets I have worn amazing in siezing, & delivery is quiet fast received my outfits with in a few days will definitely be ordering from here again!

Fantastic service. Wasn’t sure to use at first as not heard of them. But delivery was quicker then expected and item set was great for daughter. Just what she wanted :-)
