Mixed opinions!

Have just placed 2 orders, 1st came promptly and item fits perfectly and looks great, 2nd order came with 2 of 3 items and a message on the invoice saying to email as the 3rd item is out of stock, why?? Just send a refund, simple.
As for the 2 items received, both same size and identical trousers however 1 pair is smaller than the other pair so will have to return, actually thinking of returning the whole order tbh.

I ordered some loungewear and some leather look leggings and they’re both really good quality. The sizing was as expected. The loungewear is very comfortable and I’m looking forward to ordering in more colours. Quick delivery as well

I have bought 5 different outfits from…

I have bought 5 different outfits from Dress Me Dolly after a recommendation from a friend.
Each and every outfit was perfect for my needs.
They fitted me well.
They all washed easily and still look good.
Everyone remarks upon them and I always recommend Dress Me Dolly.
The orders come quickly with precise notifications of delivery.
I am 60 years old and love the clothes.
Totally recommend the products on Dress Me Dolly- great value for money.

If I would have checked the reviews I probably wouldn’t have ordered as recent reviews about customer service mirror my experience. Received a blazer with a hole in it so emailed them only hours after it had been delivered to ask for a replacement, received a very quick response telling me they would have to check cctv first! So basically calling me a liar. Emailed them to follow up & still no response as yet! Obviously great if the clothes that you receive are received in a good condition but if not then customer service is awful! Thing they need some training on how to be polite. First time I have ordered and wouldn’t order again unless rectified!
