If I could give zero stars, I would! The "business" is run by someone with ZERO business acumen or decorum. Communication was SHOCKING- blatantly rude and disrespectful. Honestly, my toddler's got better manners than Rebecca. Got called a thief after sending them proof of posting my return because they kept telling me it was delivered! Honestly, you couldn’t write it…

Avoid at all costs as quality of the items is just as poor as customer "care"- fit and sizing are way off.

There is always such a push to support smaller businesses however, experiences like this are super off-putting. Asos wouldn’t deny you a refund if you followed their refund policy to a “T”, would it?

Posting cringy outfit selfies on social media does not equate to running a business. I highly suggest you work on the basics before you ever dare charging anyone for anything.

APPAULING! Will be reporting such questionable business practices to Trading Standards and advise everyone affected to do the same (got this advice from Citizens Advice). Got my funds via credit card chargeback in the end.

Terrible customer service! They don’t reply to emails and I have returned an item and now have to contact my bank to get my refund! AVOID

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered two of same items in different colour about 6 months ago and the experience was awful I should have learnt from it. They never posted the items until I had to contact them chasing it up only for a delayed response saying one item out of stock in one colour. I chose another colour from what was available and was still posted a colour I didn’t want. The items took so long to come and one in wrong colour I wanted to return them. They made me pay for the return and then wouldn’t give me my refund. I had to contact my bank and PayPal and do a dispute for refund. The odd and delayed communication received from them was rude and they wasn’t helpful.
Ordered again May 2025 giving benefit of doubt from last time and item never arrived. No response at all to email communication. Had to again contact bank for refund which my bank did refund me.
After Companies House search I see Dressmedolly is dissolved and the other company, accounts overdue and active proposal to strike off. There website is still taking orders. Please do not order from them and listen to mine and other negative reviews.

Shocking customer service I emailed to ask for a return after the item is faulty after wearing for 4hrs! I got so much abuse back it was awful service I wouldn't buy from this company. Very poor clothing and extremely poor customer service. Very sad.

Incredibly rude and disrespectful customer service and an absolute joke the way they have decided to deal with customers post purchase.

Please avoid this company and from looking deeper they aren’t even a company at all after being dissolved in 2018!

Ordered from Dress Me Dolly but the quality was awful. Tried to return and got a load of abuse. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered 5 of the frill lounge suit in every colour and they never sent the grey one ! I have emailed numerous times and have had no response ! Absolutely disgusting customer service! Avoid !!!

Tried contacting them three times about an order that hasn't arrived. Like others, l also never received a reply. Do yourself a favour and avoid this site!

I returned an item using Royal Mail, I can see the parcel has been signed for, still waiting for a refund several weeks later.

I placed an order for trousers with this 'so called company’ on 10th January and money was taken from my bank account on the 13th. I was given an order number and received a text to say it was on it’s way. I waited two weeks but didn’t receive it so attempted to phone to no avail! I then received a text on 30th January saying I could have them ‘re sent’ or a refund. As I assumed first delivery had been lost in post, I chose to have them re sent. I emailed on 7th Feb as I hadn’t heard anything and again on 24th Feb as they never reply. Still no reply or trousers. Avoid using them!!!

Mine arrived today. Great pricing and absolutely love the finish. Great service from start to finish with updates along the way. Highly recommend! Will buy again!

Do not order from this website, total scam. Ordered 3 outfits the start of January, first parcel got lost(i don't even think the sent it as wont send tracking info), then i eventually received a parcel on 22nd January, with 1 outfit however she is claiming she sent all 3 outfits and will not refund the money! the 1 Outfit i did receive is bobbly and cheap material! Also wont refund for the 2 outfit i have not received!

I would never usually complain about a small business trying to sell their stuff online but I have to warn other people to have a think about buying products from #Dressmedolly.

I have a picture that shows one of their items after one wear, they literally fell apart. I've tried contacting them to see about a refund but the nonsense from whoever is answering their emails is a red flag. They say one wear constitutes wear and tear. They will not refund anything without seeing the original packaging which was discarded when it was wrapped up, as it was a gift.

They claim they have managed to view their CCTV and miraculously found the exact garment leaving their assembly in perfect condition. ...clearly it wasn't or it wouldn't have fallen apart in this way. I won't be using them again that's for sure. They won't provide their as evidence though citing copyright, utter nonsense.

Their communication regarding this is also horrendous, they did not answer emails and I eventually had to find them on Facebook Messenger. They will not see that the item defective

Sent an item back as it dint fit my girlfriend for her birthday they received it and I was due my refund while 2 and a half weeks later and I’m still yet to receive the refund whilst also losing out on the item.

After 2 weeks of not receiving my order and no update to the tracking info i was told that my order was apparently lost (although tracking shows it had not been despatched) I was asked to confirm if I wanted a new order sent out or a refund. I responded asking them to resend, but had no response, there was no update to my order and 3 further emails to them later (all of which were ignored) I emailed again asking them to refund the order, whilst this was done almost immediately I had no response to my emails, not even an acknowledgement. I would never normally leave a bad review but the Customer Service was so poor I had to on this occasion!

So I made a second order with this company and they have sent me the wrong size. I have emailed 3 times now just to me ignored. I will be contacting my card provider to get my money back! Furious to say the least as this was a gift
