They delivered a poor quality item and i inforndd to return . But no response after that. Dnt believe their site the actual product has big difference. I lost my money writing this review ti help others fro. Getting scammed.

I ordered a parcel on the 3rd a February and still haven't received it. There website has also mysteriously disappeared.

Did not send item. The same day I ordered the website conveniently disappeared. I have ordered from them a while ago everything was ok that time. Not sure what's happened now.

I still not have received my t shirt ordered on 25th Jan. think the shop may have shut up as was doing 50% off.

Not sure if was a scam, still waiting for email from them.

Don’t buy from here, purchased a moncler coat with a big discount due to janaury sales and when I’ve come to sell the jacket on as I don’t wear it, been advised it’s a fake coat, which I hadn’t noticed initially but the jacket does not have a certilogo in to authenticate the moncler jacket, I now believe it had a big discount not because of the sales but because it was fake and I have raised this with my bank and card company to retrieve the money back for this, their customer service is nonexistent

Bought a moncler hoodie & also a gucci tshirt both arrived fine well packaged. On entertaining the details onto the moncler website the item comes up as none existence and going off similar reviews off here looks like the item is fake, I have emailed the company saying I can return this within 14 days which jas obviously passed and now have offered no more help. !! UPDATE just had a email off trust pilot reviews , Vector DC have tried to flag this up as containing defamatory content 💁 obviously it hasn't and trust pilot refused this. Its absolutely nothing to do with jot following the procedure reading through reviews there are quite a few with same issues as me ! Unacceptable for what I deem to be a fake and I think you know this ! Will following process now with trading standards will keep you updated! The truth is this can be backed up by emails. You was all willing at first trying to explain then when I sent the the upside down hologram and code and told you to put in in website , now no reply so unfortunately could of come to some arrangement, but with your disregard towards customer that being myself you've left me bo other option! And for what reason did you try to get the honest review pulled down ?

I have spent thousands with Vdc and can honestly say they are the best at what they do

Very nice coth , well fitted . What i saw is what they delivered . well packed . I think i will patronise them next time .

Original quality

Wrong item delivered, sent back and was told my refund would be processed however never received anything back. The item was £800 and sent countless emails and online chats to which I had no response.

I bought the T Shirt for my son
He has the same one in white that he bought from flannels & he said that the label at the back is coming away.
He has told me its a fake!!!
I will be giving you a bad review.
It needs to be rectified!!!!

Extremely good quality clothing and fast shipping. Had to exchange a piece, but return was flawless.

I returned my item as the retailer sent the wrong size . I was initially offered a an alternative item and as a good will gesture for the mistake I was able to choose something £40 more expensive at no extra cost, or a full refund and cost of return postage .
Unfortunately, my son didn’t like anything else so I advised that I would be returning for a full refund .
I returned the item and have all tracking information . The parcel was delivered back to the retailer on the 27/8/2024.
After allowing sufficient time for a refund, I have sent numerous emails and messages to find out what was happening with the refund and have eventually had to raise a dispute with Clearpay with absolutely no response from the retailer to either them or myself.
I am now in the process of getting further advice to obtain my refund.
The sweatshirt was over £200 .
I am absolutely appalled by this retailer and their lack of communication ( all messages have been completely ignored)
I’d absolutely advise against using this company. I have never experienced anything like this with any other retailer.
