I ordered a item of clothing as part of a set that was the wrong size, sent it back and had my replacement sent without any issue/delay.

Customer service is second to none, very helpful page and the prices are always very competitive. One of the very few pages I'd trust to go back to.

The mood of communication is very bad and unprofessional.

Sold me the worst fake off-white tshirt imaginable, then refused to send a refund when I sent the item back

Bought 2 hoodies from vector and both of them are fake and i’m 100% sure of it. The package didnt arrive with a return label. Tried talking to them via email and they’ve stopped replying. Do check their products with the product on the official website of the brand and you’ll see the difference.

Sent item back on the 28/9/23 pretty much as soon as I received it. Emailed to say I have sent it back however received no email back, so I left a 1 star trust pilot review which Vector responded saying they process returns on a Tuesday so I kindly deleted the negative review, however it's been 2 weeks since this so I am sadly having to call you out again as it's the only way to get a response

I bought a prada t shirt from here around a year ago, not too sure why i never checked the scannable QR Code, however i did last night & it comes up with an error? Tough to say whether it is authentic or a good rep because i highly doubt that qr code inside the t shirt would ever run out. Definitely check these authenticity codes inside the clothing, as mine DOESNT work i have only just realised a year later

Wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this company items not authentic.
I return item over a week ago still haven’t issued my refund.

Useless customer service. A one man show that thinks he’s doing everyone else a favour after spending my hard earned money with him. Never will use this guy again and will advise you not to either. Has no regards for customers. Read his response to all complaints… to him everyone throws insults when there’s a complain about something. Take your money elsewhere

Unbelievable, I chose to cancel the order, as I said I have the whole conversation if anyone would like to see how I spoke verse how this person spoke to me, absolutely unbelievable, never once called them liars, I would love the opportunity to show anyone the screenshots because now I will say your a liar in your response, patronising and looking to entice like the original conversation******

Paid for next day delivery, did not receive so sent a message to query it and the person speaking back to me was extremely rude unprofessional and childish, only to find out the person I was speaking to actually was the owner, never ever complained about anything but this customer service was a disgrace, I have kept all the screenshots of the conversation if anyone who is going to deal with them would like to see them

Stay away from these cowboys
Bought clothing and they won’t exchange took it out the bag seen that it would never fit me so put them back in sent back and they won’t return money
They are returning the items to me that doesn’t fit

I always pieces here for my husband when he can’t be bothered. honestly their customer service is amazing, responses are fast. their items and stock are always new season for an affordable price. it’s genuine and authentic designer items they sell.
