Palm angels Tee ( Fake )

Gutted I have to write this review but feel it’s only right, I’ve given VDC 5* over a lot of previous pieces and I’ve had them authenticated and they’ve been genuine however I received my PA tee the Certi logo QR was in there I scanned this upon receiving the item as I do with all my
Clothing that has certi logos in them. The certi logo on this product came back as “ this product is FAKE please go to the next page for refund assistance “ have sent the Tee back for a full refund.

As we advised you we have this information on our website. We are legally obliged to remove certi logos and unfortunately this one was missed. We are not an authorised seller and as such certi do not recognise our business as being an authentic seller. This is something we can only bypass by becoming an authorised retailer which would mean we would have to sell the items at RRP.

We guarantee authenticity of all our products we just have to use certain tactics to bring you the deals you like

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service

Had some skepticism about prices so had the item checked upon arrival and couldn’t be happier. 100% authentic.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS

Take ages to reply after chasing numerous times, returned the first delivery, they refunded one item and said the second item was in sale so only credit note given, so had to order again as did not want to lose credit note, second delivery arrived, had to return as fit was not right, have emailed around six times now and had no reply and no refund of £750 owing I have made a complaint to trading standards now.
I would NOT recommend buying from these, No customer service or replies, and they do not refund so do not lose out on £750 as I have
