Awesome service delivered in less than 24 hours within a communicated 1 hour time slot. Doesn't get better than that without a drone delivery service!

I ordered a harmonica from Dolphin Music for my Granddaughter. The customer service was excellent as they had to contact me with a query. I spoke to Stewart Bradley, who was very polite and efficient, and my order was shipped that day. Very happy with the goods and would highly recommend Dolphin Music.

Just received the above guitar from Dolphin Music, via DPD Couriers - highly delighted with Guitar and the service the Courier provided too - couldn't be happier and I would definitely advise others to shop with them as well. How do you process a delivery without a full address? It's like confirming a purchase even though the card declines - that would never happen! I didn't realise I'd left out my door number in the address I'd given and apparently neither did they, failing to do their job efficiently! DPD drivers dispatched my order twice before I noticed the problem. Took two days off for nothing, I still don't have my order. Called up their customer service and the guy didn't sound touched, just made me feel like another number instead of an actual customer.

Dolphin Music came up trumps again by giving me 10% discount on Black Friday against a Roland FP-90 Digital Piano which Roland have not yet supplied - having only just launched the product in the USA. I rang and spoke to Stewart who then rang Roland and within the hour he had rang me back and confirmed the discount. I made the order and I am very pleased. Many thanks, John

Ordered on an overnight but called them when the item hadn't been delivered after a week. Customer service told me he couldn't understand why but would check and told me that my o/n premium would be refunded, (I'll need to check). Item came the next day by DPD. O/n was specified because I knew I would be in, later delivery meant that I wasn't so a card was left, followed by a 60 mile round trip to 'local' DPD.

Great choice of gear on the website. Lots of info about the products. Easy to order. Next day free delivery. One hour window of delivery. Tracked by GPS arrived exactly when advertised. What's not to like?

I had a quick and helpful response to my email enquiry. I ordered the item and it was delivered withing 48 hours. The delivery was tracked and I was sent details of the time it would reach my door which was helpful. Item was well packaged. Excellent customer service, as it should be.

The ordering process was simple and quick. The item was delivered on time and the outer and inner packaging was intact. I cannot comment on the product itself as it was bought as a Christmas present and therefore has not yet been handed over to the lucky recipient!

Ordered Sunday, delivered Monday - Amazing service.

When I ordered I was not made aware that the item was out of stock and would take weeks to arrive. Armed with this info I could have ordered the same item from many other outlets.

I purchased a guitar online. It arrive on the date and time due. The delivery driver said there was a problem as the box was damaged when he was given it. He said he asked his supervisor what to do with it as the contents were clearly damaged as well as the box and he was told to deliver it anyway. I did not accept the parcel and phoned Dolphin.
I was told they would have to wait for the return and would contact me to replace it.
That was over a week ago and no contact from Dolphin which I find deplorable.
