I brought a seax custom knife from this company...absolutely beautifully made ,so pleased with it.....obviously when you order items from shops on the Internet, you expect them the next day 🤣🤣 being inpatient i sent a email...had a lovely reply back from Ruby...being absolutely brilliant and made the whole experience awesome....so thank you Ruby 😊
Terrible never again and awful are a few choice words. Don’t waste your time. Missing order. No response in 2 weeks finally got partial order through missing most expensive item! Still no response- scammers!
I have decided to give a 4 star review since a new UK Operations Manager Tim recently took over this company. Tim has promptly answered my questions by phone and email which previously went unanswered for weeks. If you have recently had problems getting answers please don't give up as I am now very happy and my problem has been satisfactorily resolved.
customer communications were excellent, they kept me informed as to what was going on. i found the team very easy to deal with and down to earth. i will continue to do business with mjoutdoorsgear and highly recommend their service to others 100%

Ordered two knives that website said should arrive in 5 days !
Chased them up after a week, left messages on their answerphone, emailed them and left a request for a call back with an update on their website........Nothing
Contacted them through their parent/sister company who also don't answer their phone and eventually gat an email back apologising and promising to sort it out.
After numerous attempts to chase them and sort out my now long overdue order I asked for a full refund, then one of the knives turns up. Chased for the second knife, again promises to sort it, chased then daily for an update, no response at all then just a notification of refund. Complete waste of time and effort and I would advise anyone else to use a different supplier an absolute crock of S*1te

Ordered the item on 2nd December, still waiting for item! I did email the customer support email address & Ruby was very helpful & advised they’re a bit behind as it’s near Christmas & will be dispatched on Monday! I’ve received the tracking number now just waiting on Evri to see if I actually receive the item! Regarding customer service the were very helpful! Once I receive my item this will go up to 4 stars 🤩

I purchased a Keyport keyring from MJ Outdoors a few months ago, with them being the cheapest in the UK and having stock - and my keyring getting a bit messy!
When the item didn’t arrive due to an issue with Evri - I contacted MJ Outdoors and they chased Evri immediately and when Evri couldn’t confirm where the item was - another was sent out the same day.
I believe that you can just a company best by how they handle things when they go wrong - and they dealt with the issue spectacularly
I'm very disappointed with this company, I placed an order on the 7/12/25 and 5 working days later the order was still showing had unfulfilled, I contacted the company after 3 days and was told it takes 5 to 10 days to process the order, I looked at their process and delivery policy and this wasn't true, process was 3 to 5 days and delivery was 2 to 3 days I believe. I contacted them again and asked them to cancel the order and refund the payment, they immediately contacted me and issued a full refund. The 2 stars are for the following 0 star's for lack of clarity when placing the order and being given the incorrect information, 2 star's for giving me a refund. I will not be ordering from them again and I would definitely not recommend them, although the prices are really good it seems hit and miss once you have paid as to if or when you will get your order fulfilled.
Do not order, do not pay! In my experience, this company is an outright scam — no refund, and no one responds to emails.
