Je me suis donc pas douté de l'arnaque, lors de la finalisation de l'achat j'ai vu apparaitre le nom de Digital River Ireland LTD.
Tout étais sur selon moi donc j'ai procédé à l'achat.
Heureusement ma banque à bloqué l'achat automatiquement, je ne sais pas comment elle à pu savoir que c'était une arnaque mais je suis bien heureux qu'elle l'ai fait après avoir lu tous les avis parlant d'arnaque avec ce Digital River.
Faites attention à vous mieux vaux payer le prix correct ou normal auprès d'un revendeur connu et agrée plutôt que sur un site quelconque (ou même officiel comme Asus)

Si sono impossessati di euro 93,99 dalla carta senza alcuna autorizzazione per il rinnovo di AVG assolutamente non richiesto da me. Ho sollecitato più volte il rimborso ma non mi hanno dato nessuna risposta. Ho capito che si trattava di una truffa quando mi hanno comunicato che avrebbero annullato il rinnovo automatico.
Immediata denuncia alla polizia postale se entro breve tempo non provvedono a restituire la cifra prelevata INDEBITAMENTE.

Scam software, zero customer service
I wanted to download the Prime movies I bought for a screenshare party with my friends across the country, so I tried this software and while it worked the first day (bought 10/31/24), I decided to cancel the subscription after I had paid for 30 days of license as I could download all my movies in 30 days. Well, as soon as I cancelled the product, the company cut my license access. I can't download anything. I discovered the issue within their 5 day guaranteed refund if I was unhappy, but nope. They will not issue any refund, but instead are demanding "log files" from my computer to "judge the issue". The emails are in very choppy English and indicate the individuals writing them have very little to no grasp of English. The correspondence and insistence to get log information (who knows what kind of information it'll give - they won't say) has all the earmarks of a massive hacking or scam attempt. I refuse to risk my personal data, especially with a disreputable company that steals by cutting paid license access because I didn't want a subscription.
Stay away from this company. I'd give it -10 stars if that was possible. I've had to go to the extreme of filing a dispute with my credit card for fraudulent use, and I'll be putting a block on my card around what would have been the renewal time so they can't continue to scam me out of money. Ridiculous.
P.S. if the company tries to respond to this: don't. I've been in regular contact with your 'customer service' since 11/5/24 and not only will you refuse to fix the issue, all you do is make yourself look like a huge hacker/scammer.

I have paid to OptionNetExplorer ("ONE") using digital river("DR"), but the vendor - ONE in this case - reported after 3 months that they have not received payment. While ONE is equally responsible to tell me this after 3 months and not tell me immediately after my credit card was charged on 13th Aug 2024, DR plainly refuses to make any refunds. I am part of a community where several dozen people have been defrauded by DR in similar way.

Après avoir souscrit un essai de deux mois pour un abonnement Avast gratuit, j’ai oublié d’annuler l’abonnement suite à ça malgré les alertes qu’ils m’ont envoyé pour me prévenir je n’ai pas annulé l’abonnement et j’ai reçu un paiement sur mon compte PayPal, J’ai contacté le service client, j’ai envoyé un mail à 3h Le remboursement était traité en moins de cinq minutes et le remboursement présent sur PayPal, alors qu’ils annonçaient un délai de réponse de trois jours et de remboursement de sept à 14 jours.

Unseriöser Händler. Trotz Kündigung eines Bitdefender-Account wurde diese automatisch verlängert und dies zu erheblichen Kosten. Beim Einloggen in Bitdefender Central konnte die Abonnementdaten nicht eingesehen werden - keine Verknüpfung zu DigitalRiver mehr möglich.
Anschließend diverse Mail-Schriftwechel mit dem Support von DigitalRiver, Freitschaltung auf deren Konto wurde wieder ermöglicht.
ABER: zwischenzeitlich wurden die neue Auftragsnummer wieder storniert und ich komme wieder einmal nicht die Daten einsehen und mein Abonement endlich kündigen.
Finger weg von allen wo über diese Firma kooperieren !
Bitdefender für PC gekauft 40 Fr.und wird automatisch verlängert für 69 Fr.
Geht man zur Webseite,ist es unmöglich das Abo verwalten zu können,man wird dann an eine leere Seite weitergeleitet.
Eine automatische Verlängerung wird so versucht zu Erzwingen.
Kriminelles Verhalten grenzt schon an Clan/Mafia Strukturen.
Diesen Anbieter und alle Firmen wie z.b Bitdefender wo mit denen kooerieren sind in meinen Augen unbedingt ZU MEIDEN!!

Seller beware: Think twice before doing business with MyCommerce/Digital River. As of October 2024, these are the new conditions:
- 100 EUR /month "service fee".
-185 EUR /hour for any non-trivial support, leading to unexpected charges on your revenue.
- Minimum revenue requirement of USD $25,000 per year, or they’ll cancel your account.
- Payouts issued no sooner than 60 days after the corresponding month.
The new seller support portal is also terrible. Resolution times are 7-10 days or more, with most responses being “we've asked the team and are waiting for a reply.” Support seems to be outsourced.
I've been selling my products through MyCommerce (formerly Share-It) for 21 years, but I’m leaving this month due to the company’s recent direction. Avoid at all costs.
As an alternative, I recommend PayPro Global. It’s nearly identical to MyCommerce but modernized to meet today’s technologies and seller needs. They’re highly responsive and work proactively with you during account setup.

Digital River / MyComerce has not paid us since July 2024. It appears they may no longer be solvent, although they are still accepting payment from my customers. Do not do business with this company.

They are simply thieves. You pay via them, but they will not pay the companies who use their service. And they do not refund you with all kinds of excuses. I will involve the authorities. this is FRAUD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Eine Bitdefender Lizenz gekauft ca. 60€ und diese wird automatisch verlängert, Kosten dann ca. 180€.
Wennman über die Internetseite geht, ist es nicht möglich das abo zu verwalten, weil man auf eine leere Seite weitergeleitet wird.
So will man eine automatische verlängerung erzwingen.

Come per altri mi è stata addebitata la cifra di 72,99 dopo l'attivazione per 30 giorni di prova di Avast Antivirus per un unico dispositivo. Prova che dopo circa 20 giorni ho disattivato perchè non mi serviva più e non desideravo che si attivasse l'abbonamento. Nonostante ciò, oggi mi arriva l'addebito di 72,99 euro per un abbonamento famiglia, che si può installare fino a 10 aparecchi, una assurdità, mai avrei richiesto una cosa simile. Ho chiesto immediatamente il rimborso, se fra 7 giorni non mi arriva farò richiesta a PayPal.
Riporto un aggiornamento. Ho fatto immediatamente richiesta di rimborso che mi è stato fatto dopo poche ore, quindi su questo sono stati molto onesti.

Due to the outrageous change in conditions, I gave notice of termination on October 16 and requested payment of the sales proceeds that had not yet been paid out. Before that, I asked to stay with the old conditions. I was charged €268.49 + VAT for the processing of this request, the processing of the required proof that the bank account to which withdrawals have been made for 5 years belongs to me, as a support service. I was also charged €44.73 + VAT Platform Subscription Fee for the period from October 17 to October 31, even though the contract no longer existed. The revenue for the months of July to October has not been paid out.
