Seitdem ich letztes Jahr (11/23) sah, dass ich für 2 fast gleiche AVG-Produkte zahle, versuchte ich, 1 Pos. Online im System zu kündigen. Keine Chance, die Kündigung wurde nicht wirksam, obwohl ich so vorging, wie in den FAQ's beschrieben. Nun, im Mai 2024 erneut versucht. Ging wieder schief, weil die AVG-Handlungsanweisung nicht die beschriebene Schaltfläche „Kündigen“ ausweist, dem vorgegebenen Kündigungsmenü weitere 3-4 Stufen nachgeschaltet sind, die u.a. mit einem Mitarbeiterchat für den Vertragsfortgang sorgen sollen... Werden diese Stufen nicht vollständig durchlaufen, läuft die online ausgeführte Kündigung in’s Leere und das nicht beabsichtigte ABO ein weiteres Jahr (hier: 129,99 Euro). Auch die Rückbuchung bei der SPK bringt nichts, wenn PayPal (in meiner Abwesenheit/Urlaub) entscheidet, „der Verkäufer erhält Recht“, die Forderung erneut begleicht und so per beauftragtem Inkassounternehmen daraus dato 169 Euro werden. – Trotz des Chats blieb auch die von AVG beschriebene 6-Wochen-Frist nachträglicher Kündigungsmöglichkeit nach ABO-Beginn erfolglos. – Was soll man davon halten?

Unable to contact this supplier

I orders items from FITBIT. They have used Digital River UK Ltd. I ordered in March, it is now June and after much searching, of my e-mails, I find that there was insufficient address so the items were sent back to postal depot. They have now marked parcel as "sorted". I have no way of contacting FITBIT or Digital River UK. The address on company house and the invoice receipt is different. I am going around in circles to get a refund. No email or phone numbers. Not very good customer service.

On May 24

On May 24, 2024, Digital River automatically charged without my authorisation on behalf of a company.
It is crucial that the company recognises the order number provided by Digital River, as they are currently denying its existence.
This attitude, in Italy, is called bad practice.
Given that companies are made up of human beings, I kindly request for someone to personally contact me to explain this behaviour.
And as a result, give me back my money.
Payment charged by Digital River Ireland, Ltd. 952-646-5037 is missing from the Trustpilot addresses list.

Absolutely horrible!


It’s been 6 days since I placed my order and I haven’t got any information for it. I need your help in cancelling the order as the service has been atrocious!

The experience with Logitech for my first ever direct order has been absolutely absolutely pathetic. The product is available for a direct pick up from an apple store. The very next day. I have placed the order six days back, and I have received no details on the order being confirmed or being shipped. For a company, which says that it is a tech company having such pathetic customer service is a disgrace. The very fact that chat support Cannot even provide timelines or confirm confirmation on cancellation is a model which is used by companies of 18th century. It looks like the entire business is joined, and it was a grave error on my part to even think of ordering directly. I use multiple logic tech products, but the direct e-commerce site is extremely annoying.

Worst possible online shopping…

Worst possible online shopping experience, they run the online store for Logitech, I have ordered a keyboard and have had no email confirmations, I can see they have taken my money. There is no response on there online chat, no email to contact and the phone number says they are on Holiday!

I have no idea what is going on, I'm currently stuck without a keyboard and should have just ordered on Amazon for £10 more would have been worth it!

If you are dealing with the orders then you are the ones to blame, my order has still not arrived and UPS has lost it.

Ho sottoscritto per un anno nel 2022 un abbonamento annuale con Avast.
Nel 2023 non lo ho riconfermato.
A sorpresa a febbraio 2024 mi trovo addebitato 72,99 eur da Digital River.
Contattato paypal loro dicono che non possono far nulla perché ho sottoscritto abbonamento automatico. Automatico? Un anno si , uno no, uno si? Che vergogna.

Trend Micro Antivirus Software

Trend Micro Antivirus Software - Downloaded their Antivirus Software for my elderly MacBook and received an invoice from Digital River (UK) Limited. Run the installer and once finished launched the application and was told the software cannot be run inside my OS version. Further research exposed that there is currently no Antivirus Software available for my MacBook from Micro Trend. I attempted to cancel my order and apply for refund on their website and via their UK subsidiary Digital River UK, without success. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Están cobrando una suscripción no autorizada

Están cobrando una suscripción no autorizada. he bloqueado mis tarjetas y adquirido una nueva, y no sé como han accedido a los datos de la nueva tarjeta y han intentado de nuevo hacer el cobro. he anulado todas las suscripciones que tenia con todos los proveedores, porque no se a que se refiere ese cobro, ya lo intentaron el mes pasado yu ahora de nuevo, y están accediendo de forma fraudulenta a mis datos, pero insisten en cobrar un producto que no se ni que es, porque no tengo ninguna notificación ni de suscripción ni de devolución, ,ni nada de nada que me de indicios a que se refiere dicho cargo de 36,50€; pondré una denuncia en la policía por estafa.

They kept delaying the delivery of my order for 4 months! they are the worst! I do not know why Lenovo keeps dealing with them! Worst customer experience ever.

Devolución del corbro

Hace nada me ha llegado el cobro de Digital River , mediante paypal y nada verlo, me he puesto en contacto tanto con ellos desde la pagina web y con paypal , y me lo han devuelto al instante sin ponerme ningun tipo de problema.

Worst customer service ever.
It's a shame for Lenovo that collaborates with them. I won't buy any of their products again, just because of digitalriver. Much frustration and I still have not received my item.
They do not answer emails, they do not provide useful information on the phone, they do not let me go there and pick up my item, and they hung up the phones.

Scammers!

Scammers!
They collected a laptop from me (returned) on 10th August and are claiming that they haven't received it.
Funny how they managed to receive the £16 sleeve, which was returned along with it!!! I wish I'd read these reviews before buying, seems like I'm not the only one.
I have a full video from my doorbell cam showing the courier clearly collecting the laptop.
After sending them this evidence they have simply stopped responding.

Canceled order not refounded

edit 30 August (2months after my cancellation) I finally received a mail announcing that they will proceed with the refund. So there is hope.. Updated the rating to 2 stars

I cancelled a Lenovo order on the 26th of June, on June 29th my credit card was charged although I had and oral confirmation that the order was cancelled.
Had them several time on the phone, every time I'm told I'll the order is cancelled and that I'll be refunded within 48h, we are the the 18th of August still no refund.

It's the 3 time I order via them once AMD once Lenovo, orders went fine.
I guess I you dont have to deal with them they are fine, but customer/accounting service is useless.

I want my money back ! Your practices , are borderline scam.
