I wanted to renew a contract for Logitech security cameras. The link in their email did not work. The telephone number in their email was not accepting calls. You cannot contact them. Their website does not give any information about contacting them except if you are a business customer. A private individual cannot contact them. Beware!
Digital River steals merchants' money
Like many other vendors are reporting, we can say that Digital River has acted in bad faith, holding (stealing) money that is owed to us.
Something is wrong with the justice systems of the world when private equity groups can steal millions of dollars and get away with it.
If you are a merchant that is considering Digital River, stay away!
If you are currently with Digital River, leave before they pull the same thing with you.

Offenbar mafiaartiges Unternehmen, klaut seit Monaten Umsätze vieler Softwareherstellern, viele Millionen werden aktuell einfach nicht mehr ausgezahlt, obwohl das Geld gar nicht Digital River gehört, sondern den Softwareherstellern, die von ihren Kunden bezahlt wurden. Da scheint ein riesiger Betrug im Gange zu sein bei Digital River.
Bloss einen großen Bogen um dieses Unternehmen machen und allen shops, die damit ihre Bezahlung abwickeln. Ihr Geld kommt wahrscheinlich garnicht bei dem Produkthersteller an, sondern wird von digital River genutzt, um den Besitzer zum Milliardär zu machen oder offene Schulden zu tilgen.

Digital Rivers has over the last 15 years done a very poor job.
Most recently a number of software vendors have informed their customers, including me, that Digital River is still selling licenses for their clients but have not paid them since July 2024.
So, I am simply posting this review to warn any user to stay away from Digital River and check with any potential software vendor to be sure you are not ordering additional software using a Digital River link which as this point is not paying the vendors whose software you continue to buy.

Jeg fik en mail i okt 2024 om at Digital River Irland har trukket 519 kr fra min paypal konto. Jeg har ingen ide om hvad det er for et firma... Jeg kontakter Paypal og får at vide at firmaet har trukket ca. 500 kr fra min konto hvert år siden 2021. Jeg har aldrig hørt om dette firma før, har aldrig fået hverken ydelser eller mails om automatisk betaling fra dem før. Jeg har kontaktet firmaet der ikke kan hjælpe mig før jeg logger ind på deres hjemmeside med mit ordrenummer. Men jeg har INTET ordrenummer. Så det eneste jeg kunne gøre var at få Paypal til at spærre så de ikke kan trække penge mere.

Mi trovo un prelievo da parte di questi su Paypal di 72,99 € per un acquisto mai effettuato di avast antivirus. Chi gli ha dato l'autorizzazione? Perché hanno potuto farlo?
Sono deluso, non da loro che saranno sempre i soliti poveracci ignoti che cercano le scorciatoie per fare due soldi in più fregando il prossimo, ma da Paypal che non verifica e non garantisce.

Like many others, we are not being paid what we are due. Since July they have been stringing us along and not paying us. They haven't responded to our legal demand letter either.

Ich wollte ca. 1.000 € ausgeben und abgesehen davon, dass man nur stumpfsinnige computergenerierte Antworten erhält, wurde es mir unmöglich gemacht, das Produkt zu bestellen, da ich immer wieder andere Antworten bekam und nie eine Lösung, wie ich etwas bestellen konnte.
Die Bewertung von 88 % 1 Stern spricht für sich.

strongly recommend avoiding MyCommerce until they resolve these serious issues.
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with MyCommerce. Over the past few months, they’ve consistently failed to process payments for transactions made through their platform. I’ve contacted support multiple times, only to be met with vague assurances and no resolution. Their ongoing payment delays and lack of communication have made it clear that they are not a reliable platform for handling business transactions.
I strongly recommend avoiding MyCommerce until they resolve these serious issues.

Ich weiß nichtmal was ich da gekauft haben soll. Oder wie oder warum ich da angeblich ein Abo abgeschlossen habe. Vermutlich werde ich mich bzgl. Hilfe an die Arbeiterkammer wenden, die mir beim weiteren vorgehen helfen soll.

having same issue since august we will terminate the contract with digital river, we have been working with since 2009 when they were swreg / no digital river, no payment has been released since july 2024/ our October sales is on hold

We terminated our account with Digital River because of payment delays and the introduction of a new $100 per month fee. They are now holding what they owe us for 180 days. However according to this article in "The Register" there a lot more people worse off than we are. They have stopped making payments
They have stopped making payments. The owe us from July 2024 onwards. I called multiple times and opened tickets. I called and am put through to their call center where they cannot answer my questions. After 59 minutes on line with them, they still has no answer. I asked them to pass it on high priority, they sent it on low. I am still waiting foran answer.

Digital River refuses to send payment shamelessly
We (ID*****0761) use Digital River to sell our software for almost 7 years. The monthly income was sent by Digital River GmbH in the middle of the next month. However, starting from August this year, Digital River GmbH has been deceiving us and delayed all the income from July and later. They even stop respond now.
Cross-border suit is difficult, and perhaps this is why Digital River is so unscrupulous. Let me know if we can join the class action suit, just created an X account @ microjohn_z

Late paying what is due from July Sales.
As of Oct 11, 2024, I'm having the same issue of them not having paid for the July sales. I've been with them since SWReg/RegNow days (actually had accounts with both before it all merged) with no issues until this sudden and unexpected policy change and disaster of an implementation.
I did get a sales report at the end of Sept (for Aug sales) as their new policy email stated.
I hope they get their stuff together soon, there is no excuse for missing the payment due date.
I'm willing to change my review if they pay soon and have a reasonable explanation.

Ich werde NIE WIEDER bei Digital River kaufen.
Nachdem ich erst Widerrufen habe, weil die Software bei mir abgestürzt ist. Der Verkäufer sich dessen nichts angekommen hat (Meine persönliche Meinung, da kaufe ich nie wieder). Und Paypal den Käuferschutz nicht hat gelten lassen (sprich funktioniert es nicht, ist die Kohle weg)... habe ich jetzt noch einmal einen Anlauf genommen und die Software installiert.
Ich habe meine Bewertung komplett überarbeitet. Am Anfang ging so gar nichts. Die Software stürzt "unkontrolliert" ab und nix ging mehr.
Mittlerweile scheint es bei einigen Medien zu gehen. Ich kann nicht sagen, warum bei der Einen "ja" und bei der Anderen "nein".
Würde ich das Produkt nochmal kaufen? Nein. Aber jetzt ist es da, Geld gibts nicht zurück (das muss Euch klar sein!) und kann es nicht ändern. Anstatt mich zu ärgern.. nehme ich es jetzt so hin.
