My order has not arrived. Tracking has not updated since the 8th of January. I have sent multiple emails but no reply. Very disappointed with all of this, I want my money back.

Unfortunately, this wireless device will not charge my iPhone SE 2ndGen, or my Apple Airpods pro. The light comes on and it heats up, but no charging after 30 minutes. Afterwards, using the same power adapter(s), USB charged both devices in minutes.

Everything was clear and fast. Recommend.

It was supposed to arrive before Christmas.
Today is January 1 and I've not receivey order yet.

Bestelling gedaan, cadeautjes voor sinterklaas en kerst. Betaald, en paar dagen later een bevestiging ontvangen dat de bestelling is ingepakt en klaar is voor verzending. Een dag daarna een email dat niet alles geleverd zal worden omdat de items niet voorradig zijn, en dat hiervoor een restitutie van het betaalde bedrag zal volgen. Ik wordt nog bedankt voor de bestelling en wordt gevraagd de website in de gaten te houden, want de items zullen in het eerste kwartaal van 2021 weer voorradig zijn.

Contact opgenomen via email (niet via een telefoonnummer te bereiken), en uitleg gekregen dat dit uiteraard geen goede gang van zaken is geweest. De reden hiervoor was dat het voorraadbeheer niet klopte. Als gebaar van goede wil een kortingscode gekregen voor de volgende bestelling.

Gebaar van goede wil vind ik prima, maar na deze ervaring bedenk ik mij eerst nog twee keer voordat ik een bestelling ga plaatsen. Want als ik zie op de website dat een item op voorraad is (zowel voor als na de bestelling), dan wil ik er vanuit kunnen gaan dat dit klopt. Zeker als het gaat om cadeaus.

My order arved quickly and well packed. It was just what I ordered. Also items didn't disappoint. They are very good quaility and as described,very usuful. I will definitely buy from them again.

Very happy with my experience - the site is easy to navigate and it’s easy to search within the site. Additionally the communication once I ordered my powercooker was clear and the delivery was quick and without problems.

Bought small things for stocking fillers. Processing and delivery always good.

There is no way that I can return the object. There are scratches on the surface. The return label you send me, is not ok. I tried two Pick Up points. Communication was slow due to covid, my apologies. Meanwhile I send the product back

This is the 2nd time I purchase this item, was rather sceptical initially as had no idea what to expect from the 1st one, but it's very convenient and adds no volume whatsoever to the laptop.
Highly recommended.

I have 3 of them in past from amazon (when they used sell on amazon before new website). They all useful and work so well. I decided need updated one with usb C port in replace other one with 2 usb A port (that will become around house extension lead instead fix bedroom location).
