Fantastische service!
Onder andere 2 powercubes Original gekocht. Van 1 hiervan schoven de pinnen een stuk naar binnen. Niet veilig in mijn ogen. Ik heb hier melding van gemaakt en ik werd gevraagd om deze terug te sturen en dan zou ik een nieuwe ontvangen. Door drukte en eigen laksigheid heb ik dit nooit gedaan en is de powercube weggegooid. Ongeveer een jaar later werd er proactief contacht met me opgenomen of het probleem in het aangemaakte ticket was opgelost. Ik heb aangegeven dat ik de powercube nooit had teruggestuurd en inmiddels had weggegooid. Ik kreeg alsnog een vervanger opgestuurd. Fantastische service in mijn ogen!

Innovative, usefull and easy on the eyes.
I ordered 3 powercubes. It's true that inserting a plug into the socket can be a bit of a challenge so i wouldn't use the cube to regularly plug and unplug devices. So far I haven't had to much difficulty plugging in.
I shall order again, as soon as I'm done moving from one house to another: you can never have to much sockets!
