Website easy to use, parcel/goods arrive quickly. I have never had to deal with Customer Services so I cannot comment on them.
Only downside is when buying certain items they're out of stock usually in the colour I wanted at the time.
Products are always of good quality imho.

Pushy and unreliable service
Although the product as eventually received looks good and seems to work fine, the service from DesignNest was poor in two ways.
First, they started asking for feedback repeatedly within two days of the order, even though the goods were held back in transit. Being pushy for feedback without checking the delivery of the goods is bad form, to say the least.
Second, notwithstanding the claim on the website at the time of order, the shipment was sent without the requisite customs form. As a result, not only was the shipment delayed for several days upon departure from the Netherlands, but the Swiss custom authorities added a processing fee. The only good point was that DHL was in charge of the payment, and they did handle that part smoothly, but the extra costs are another sign of DesignNest's poor logistics.

Helaas geen goede ervaring. Klantenservice is bijna onvindbaar op de site, reageert laat met ontwijkende antwoorden en ik zit nog op de rest van mijn (onvolledig geleverde) bestelling te wachten.

Still not received the product, overpriced shipping
Ten days since the order, still not received the product, even the shipping price was almost 50% of the price of the product, what a shame!
