We placed an order of ten items, many of which were large items of furniture. They were delivered exactly when promised and to a second floor flat even though one item was a large fully assembled kitchen island. Every item was in perfect condition, unpacked for us and all packaging removed. Absolutely loved everything.

3 items delivered safely. Realised I had ordered one of the pieces from a different brand and the wood finish on top of the tv unit was different. Rang the Cotswold Company and they said the unit I needed would take about 7 weeks to arrive but they said to use the one I had got until it arrived which I thought was excellent customer relations. All the packaging was taken away and the delivery men were very pleasant.

The reason I have given this three stars, is because the furniture is excellent quality and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Also the customer service is excellent.
However that said this company are seriously let down by the warehouse staff and lack of communication to the drivers. I had asked for my furniture to be unpacked, I did this in an email on on the phone to customer service, and was assured it would be, as my husband is eighty and I am not far off, therefore we could not do this ourselves. Firstly our order should have arrived a week earlier but we sent it back as only half the order was on the van, which we should have been informed off in the morning when the van was loaded. We discovered this at six in the evening. Once delivered the drivers started to leave without unpacking, when I challenged them they knew nothing of this so had to go to the van to clarify with their boss, they then did unpack. This is crass incompetence on behalf of the warehouse staff and supervisor, will I buy again from this company frankly probably not.

Very bad service I am not impressed, considering the cost of this furniture it should be a great deal better.

Great customer service from Jess, walked in for a browse with an idea of what we wanted, and Jess found us exactly what we were looking for, she was very patient! Very happy with our purchase, thank you :)

Ryan & Chris were super friendly and helpful.
We ordered a bookcase back at the start of the year and when it arrived it had slight damage to the paintwork.
The original delivery men were very helpful and sorted a replacement. The replacement was assembled (and the old one removed) by Ryan & Chris.
Both were really approachable and professional and got the job done with ease.

Having taken quite a while reviewing different bedroom furniture, we eventually settled in putting our trust into The Cotswolds Company ordering a complete bedroom fit out. Several weeks later, we were contacted by a very efficient logistics company planning to delivery our goods. On the delivery date we discovered that the main quad wardrobe had been under estimated, totally our fault, this was a disaster, but following a brief telephone conversation with the customer service team, we returned this item and a replacement wardrobe was delivered 3 days later, no fuss, no problem... hats off to The Cotswolds Company and their delivery team. Absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend them.

Ross and Gavin who delivered the bed and assembled it in our bedroom did a fantastic job and were super friendly!

Ryan and Chris were very polite and professional during the delivery. They delivered the item to the room of choice and is all is good condition. They kindly gave me a bag of fudge too. ( based at the litchfield depot)
I have another delivery on the 9th September would be great to have them again.

The 6 light grey spindle chairs were just what I wanted they arrived fully assembled and are excellent quality. They were easy to order and easy to arrange delivery on a day that suited.

Very good experience with the Cotswold Company - quick and easy delivery when we in desperate need of a sofa and side table in our new house. Great delivery men too - Ian and Gareth were awesome and so helpful assembling the furniture and taking away all the packaging. Would highly recommend.

Having spent almost £8,000 with the Cotswold Company over the past 18 months I assumed that I’d be treated as a loyal customer.
I was wrong.
We have some dark blue pieces of furniture which are prone to damage resulting in white marks showing through the dark blue. I contacted customer services to ask about getting some information regarding touch up paint.
After various hoops had been jumped through ( all the order numbers , details of damage, all our details etc ) I was surprised to find there was no paint matching information available, just that Farrow and Ball made similar coloured paint which would not be a true match!
Eventually I spoke to a human being and was pleased when Mandy promised a colour matched paint pen from Cotswold Company which would be sent to me asap.
Five minutes after that conversation I received an email rescinding that promised small quantity of paint, and was told I would have to pay £9.99 for the paint pen and they would kindly!!!! waive the £5.00 p and p.
I am beyond frustrated by this.
They also suggested that I should take a ‘piece’ of the furniture to B and Q to get it colour matched! The larder cupboard in question is 140 kilos and with no removable parts and the chairs are also too big to fit into my car .
B and Q is over 30 miles away .
I am 72 years old and I’ve never encountered customer service as dreadful as this. Avoid this company .

The team in store were really helpful. It was nice to see the product in store and speak to someone, an actual person, be able to ask their opinion and get advice.
