We found everything we wanted and the assistant who helped us ( Leonora) as first class. We were not rushed and left to browse albeit Leonora was always close at hand to answer any questions

Lovely staff. Friendly but not overpowering when you are trying to choose. As always the quality of the furniture is beautiful. It hasn’t arrived yet so will update at a later date.

We visited the store in Chelmsford to look at some furniture we'd seen and planned to order online.
I am so glad we did this as the lady who served us was really helpful and advised us on a few things we were unsure of.
The delivery and putting together of the furniture was done by 2 guys Emmanuel & Dean. They were punctual, polite and friendly and done an excellent job.
I had recently had chemo and Dean was very mindful of this and kept his distance when showing and explaining things to me. He also offered to move the furniture to another position if i wasn't sure.
