Great product, Awesome Customer Service!
I saw the Vin Voyage glasses advertised on Facebook. Honestly, I am very sceptical of FB advertising/products but these were exactly what I had been looking for so I decided to risk it! I could not be happier with the product, they are perfect and exactly as advertised but more than the product, the service was amazing. Unfortunately, one the items I wanted was not in stock, but the customer service team were so helpful, prompt, and polite with their responses and suggestions. We got it all worked out, the glasses arrived very quickly, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Avril, you were awesome! I will recommend to everyone I know :)

bonjour, je passe commande, on me confirme ma commande, mais quand je demande le délai on m 'annonce un délai de 15 jours, puisqu'il s'agit d'une précommande !
mais, suite a un mail de demande d explications, ils ont corrigé le tir... BRAVO pour leur réactivité.

Vanaf de bestelling tot de levering is de communicatie uitstekend gegaan. Veel updates over het moment van verzending. De verpakking is exclusief. Het glas zelf is van een mooie dunne kwaliteit; de bajonet sluiting is heel even wennen. Prachtig cadeau voor onszelf en vrienden. Proost!

Retour war kompliziert
Dieser Versand hat erst nach erheblicher Mühe meinetseits dafür gesorgt, dass meine Retour von statten gehen konnte.
Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und einer dm auf Instagram hat man mir erklärt, wie ich die Gläser retournieren kann. Dies funktionierte über ein Returnlabel, dass ich zuvor selbst online bezahlt hatte. Nach dem Retourversand habe ich lange nichts von der Firma gehört und erst nach mehrfachem Nachfragen meinerseits und empörten Kommentaren bei Instagram hat die Firma den Eingang meiner Retour bestätigt und den Kaufpreis schließlich erstattet.
Am Ende habe ich mein Geld zurück bekommen .

An einer der Metallhüllen waren Kratzer vom Herstellungsprozess zu sehen - ich habe das reklamiert und in kürzester Zeit ganz unkompliziert Ersatz erhalten. Super Service.

Na een misverstand van mijn kant heb ik de mooiste klantervaring gehad die ik ooit al had. Copain de Vin stuurde me twee extra cases én glazen en dit...helemaal gratis. Super bedankt. En de glazen zelf zijn heel leuk om mee te nemen op picknick of om te genieten van een glaasje wijn op het strand

sehr schönes Produkt, edel verpackt; das Glas wirkt etwas dünn, fühlt sich aber gut an, angenehm um den Wein daraus zu geniessen. Das Glas ist sehr gut geschützt mit der edlen Umverpackung, ideal für Camping-Ausflüge - wir freuen uns!

De producten zijn prachtig en echt…
De producten zijn prachtig en echt ideaal op reis. De communicatie is vriendelijk en er wordt actie ondernomen. Het leveringsprobleem maakte dat producten apart geleverd werden en het laatste product (overigens cadeau van copain de vin) pas na 6 maanden binnen is. Ondanks dat echt tevreden over communicatie, medewerkers en producten!

Op zaterdag besteld met de vraag of het op maandag geleverd kan worden. Krijg op zondag een persoonlijk bericht dat het al onderweg is. Maandag ontvangen, dus nog mooi op tijd voor het feest dinsdag. Ook nog een persoonlijke mail ontvangen of het op tijd geleverd is. Top! En daarbij is het natuurlijk een mooi speciaal cadeau om te geven!

Degelijk en verfijnd design
Ik ben uitermate tevreden over de kwaliteit van het glas en de metalen hoezen van Copain de Vin. Het design is niet alleen prachtig, maar ook degelijk uitgevoerd. De levering verliep soepel en het bestelproces was eenvoudig en efficiënt.

Gegraveerde glazen
Lang getwijfeld, maar na contact met Roman toch besteld. De glazen zijn voor onze vriendinnengroep en op zowel de glazen als de houders is onze groepsnaam gegraveerd 😍 ze zien er fantastisch uit! Deze gaan mee op onze jaarlijkse Spanje trip en alle andere momenten natuurlijk dat we buitenshuis wijn gaan drinken! Vinvoyage namens de Drijvende Wijven en heel erg bedankt Roman😃

Glazen retour gezonden, na drie weken nog niets gehoord over terugbetaling (Klarna). Bewijs van retournering via mail gestuurd maar hoe niets. Gelukkig heeft Klarna de betaling gepauzeerd. Contact krijgen niet mogelijk met het bedrijf.

Case is much to heavy
Hi. I have just received the glasses. The quality is good, but the weight of the protective case is to much. I was going to use the glass when hiking, but the case is to heavy for carrying in a rucksack on a hike. Real pity. The case should be lightweight like the glass and made of a strong lightweight material.

We completely understand your point of view. The protective case is intentionally built to be exceptionally durable. It features our unique Click & Go locking system with a half-twist to open and a half-twist to securely lock the glasses in place. This design provides maximum protection while you're travelling.

Na enkele weken waren de glazen nog steeds niet geleverd, dat bleek een fout bij postnl. maar dit werd onmiddellijk verholpen (dank je, Avril) en de volgende dag had ik een nieuwe set glazen binnen!
Ik ben erg blij met de glazen: precies wat ik hoopte dat het zou zijn

Le produit est plaisant, très bien préparé et présenté!
Une commande ne se passe pas toujours exactement comme prévu, mais ce qui compte, c'est la manière dont les choses sont gérées.
Je tiens donc à remercier le service commercial pour son écoute, sa réactivité et son professionnalisme. J'ai toujours trouvé quelqu'un pour répondre, comprendre la situation et chercher une solution de manière constructive.
Au final, je retiens surtout la qualité de la relation client et l'implication des personnes avec qui j'ai échangé. Cela mérite d'être souligné.

Super Service!
Die erste Bestellung wurde umgehend bearbeitet und versendet, kam aber leider nicht an. Bei Reklamation wurde professionell und zügig geantwortet und umgehend ein neues Paket versendet, das auch ausgeliefert wurde.
Der Fehler lag eigentlich beim Lieferservice, dennoch wurde sehr kundenfreundlich gehandelt!
