Ordered as a special birthday gift. Customer Service were so helpful in ensuring that it arrived in the required time frame, the customer service alone was already above and beyond. Ordered Silver bundle with carry bag light. When this had some production/delivery delay, and with us leaving on our holidays, they did a real effort to help us out ‘just in time’ with a different combi. And just looks Great. And with very stylish packaging if used as a gift. Recommendable !!

"So I've tried this thing a bunch of times now, following the instructions. What they don't tell you is that you apparently need to pour some of your glass first before sticking this into the wine bottle. Skip that step and the bottle overflows. Not great. You also need to make sure the wine's already chilled beforehand — this thing barely cools the bottle, if at all. Another issue: by the time you've poured your first two glasses, the bottle's basically empty already. Which makes me wonder what the cooling rod is even doing at that point. So yeah, not really sold on this product."

I had a minor issue on one of the cases, reached out, and their support team handled it quickly and painlessly. No runaround, no hoops to jump through, just a fair, customer-friendly resolution.

It's rare to see a company follow through this consistently from crowdfunding campaign to post-purchase support. Definitely recommend.

Da wir uns immer mal wieder ein paar Tage Urlaub in einer Weingegend gönnen, hat mich die Werbeanzeige in den sozialen Medien sofort angesprochen und ich habe eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Als Lieferzeit waren 2 bis 3 Wetktage angegeben. Als nach anderthalb Wochen noch immer nichts eingetroffen war, habe ich per Mail nachgefragt, wann ich mit der Lieferung rechnen könnte, denn der nächste Urlaub stand kurz bevor. Ich habe direkt eine Antwort bekommen, dass sich gekümmert wird. Und tatsächlich war das Paket 2 Tage später da. Es kann immer mal etwas nicht 100%ig klappen, aber sich dann zu kümmern, das ist für mich Service! Abgesehen davon ist das Produkt auch sehr gut und macht einen edlen Eindruck. Hinzu kommt noch die tolle Verpackung. Für mich alles sehr stimmig. Vielen Dank.

I saw these wineglasses in an ad on social media. As myself and friends go camping and hiking on regular basis I decided to order a present for my friend. Being unfamiliar with the website, and in a hurry (not a good combination) I managed to double my order. I sent an email to customer support. They rectified and refunded my order pretty much immediately. The glasses arrived in good time and my friend is delighted with them. All in all a great experience and great service, definitely on my list for future presents.

I love my wine glass set. I bought the 2 glasses with travel set and the wine bottle cooler. It's beautiful and the glasses are nice and thin, which I need when drinking a good quality wine.
Def on my list to give as presents for other people.

Long deliver time. After contacting the delivery was finally made. The delivered products were not complete as ordered. Contacted them again for a change of the wrong deliver product. Reaction was to use the return action on their website. This was also not working. Sent the Customer service an e-mail and never received an answer anymore.
