Super goede service en communicatie,nadat de eerste bestelling nooit was ontvangen,keurig het opnieuw gekregen.Top!!

If you ever want to buy a special gift for someone special this is it! After first buying the glasses in their special cases for ourselves to use in our mobile home while traveling, and really appreciating the delicacy of the Cristal glasses which stay perfectly safe inside the cases which are not only beautiful to look at, but also very practical to use, we have made our daughter and son-in-law very happy with their own set! The glasses are good quality and large enough to enjoy your wine from. We place the glasses inside the bottom part of the case for stability and safety while drinking which is very handy. The customer service is absolutely excellent, very friendly and helpful. I only have extremely positive experiences with this company and can HIGHLY recommend them and their products!!!!

Tout d'abord, j'ai été stupéfaite par La qualité et l'hesthétique des coffrets de ce que j'avais commandé. Ensuite, j'ai adoré mes verres dans leur étui métallique, et j'ai eu un gros coup de coeur pour le sac de voyage en cuir 🤩d'une douceur particulière et un parfum de cuir qui devient de plus en plus rare.
Le tire bouchon est aussi un très bel objet très bien présenté. C'est tellement prestigieux qu'on a envie de les offrir à ceux qu'on aime, presque comme un bijou 🙂....

The glass itself is beautiful, and the experience drinking wine from it is on par with our best cups at home, minus the stem.
I was somewhat skeptical of the protection the enclosure would give, but after taking them today on their first hike, all my doubts are gone: the bottom silicone part gently but firmly keeps the glass in place, and the top fully protects it, without any wiggling possible.
We are really looking forward to bringing them along on many more Friday evening hikes. Watching the sun set from the top of a mountain while sipping a glass of wine is a great experience even with a plastic cup, but this elevates it to a whole new level!

A long shipping time due to the international circumstances but a very nice quality product and a super costumer service :-)

Very nice glasses well protected.
This allows for ‚style‘ when drinking a glass of wine outdoors.
Outside their protection you have to handle them with care as they are very thin and thus delicate.

Top product! Erg leuk om cadeau te geven, ontvanger was er heel erg blij mee. Ziet er luxe uit en voelt stevig aan.

Being a traveller with my family in our camper, the VinVoyage Set was exactly what was missing. Although expensive I’ve decided to order. A bitter sweet taste came up when the delivery was still missing. The communication with Tom was brilliant and I am happy with the perk offered for significant delivery delay.
Quality is absolutely high, kind of a luxury companion rather than a ‚must have‘….

speedy delivery, responsive customer service and gorgeous product for anyone who loves picnics and adventures ! highly recommend as a gift for special birthday or wedding !

Mijn mails waren helaas niet gelezen, er zijn twee verschillende mailadressen en de mails heb ik naar een adres verzonden waar ik eerder wel een reactie van had gekregen.

Ik heb netjes excuses gekregen en het misverstand is keurig afgehandeld. De producten zijn van mooie kwaliteit, wij gaan ze in onze komende vakantie uittesten.

Omdat de communicatie nog kan verbeteren geef ik een eerlijke 4 sterren. De producten zelf verdienen er 5!

Op de site en de reclames op sociaal media ziet het er allemaal zeer mooi uit. Als cadeau een luxe set besteld als pre-order. Begin mei zou de levering zijn, bestelling is incompleet ontvangen in een veel te grote doos. De “luxe” tas is gescheurd, de wijnglazen zijn nog op een depot ergens in China. Cadeau niet op tijd kunnen geven, terwijl ik meerdere reacties voorbij zie komen dat bestellingen al zijn ontvangen. 2 x een mail gestuurd waar niet op wordt gereageerd, kortom zeer slechte service en klantonvriendelijk.

Mooi product, keurig verpakt en een goede service. Verzending duurde wat lang, maar is meer dan gecompenseerd. Erg blij mee!

It took over two months from placing my order for it to arrive. The overal concept is a great, the packaging was amazing, beautiful infact and the quality of the stainless steel outer covers are superb. BUT then you get to the glass, it's extremely thin, feels poor quality and doesn't feel like crystal, to be honest I'm a little scared to use them.
Update (18.05.26):- we've now had a chance to use these glasses, ergonomically they are very comfortable to drink from, we enjoyed our bottles of wine. So time will tell on the longivity of the glass.
