I was a bit annoyed to get 3 letters in 2 days regarding proof of no claims bonus tried to email it but their system was down called today 19/08/20 and spoke to a very nice gentleman named Jack Thorpe who helped me tremendously and stayed on the line until he had received the evidence needed and explained everything was ok and no need to worry now as it’s been sorted so thank you Jack you were very helpful and I’m only too happy to leave this review very polite and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble
