At my Home Insurance renewal, I phoned CQI - my insurer of three years - to try negotiate a premium reduction. After being offered only a small discount (in all good faith), I opted to speak to a manager. Was transferred to Ms Tanya Paffett (not manager, but senior advisor) - SUPERWOMAN!
Tanya was sparkling, amiable, obliging, adept; and comprehensively knowledgeable...
My premium is now less than it was last year; and I shall most likely seek to insure my car with CQI at next renewal.
What's not to like about this company?

They also have very a good, easily accessible Customer Services department - it is invaluable to be able to ring and get a rapid answer to any question. Renewal was sent but like most I didn’t act on it straight away. Was called by a guy called James, who reminded me I needed to do it soonish. Explained premium increase was a factor meaning I’d need to shop around but he offered to look into the premium and got me a deal very similar to the last year. Great service, thank you.

Much better than the bigger insurance companies. No wonder they are losing business and companies like Computer Quote are thriving. Very helpful on the phone and straight to the point, no worries or issues. I cancelled a quote with Endsleigh and signed up here immediately.

Called and spoke to a polite advisor called Jack. He was very helpful in confirming my policy had been cancelled as requested.

Spoke with Kirsty who very clear about the policy and found me a very good deal. Going through the "Confused" price comparison website all the questions asked in finding a quote are pretty much applied by the broker too. Computerquote came up as the cheapest.

Been using Computer quote for a few years now as the premium never seems to go up so no reason to shop around. Very helpful with queries, the phone got answered almost immediately and Kayleigh was very helpful with my query about my daughter's coverage whilst in Uni accomodation. she resent the forms I had 'filed' and lost immediately whilst we were on the phone. Very good experience. Haven't had to claim yet thank goodness.
