staff are always helpful and polite when I call,maybe not the cheapest insurerance group but never have any bother contacting them.

I've not had to make a claim yet but contacting the company with regard to a query and to update some information was quick and easy. Only one menu to traverse and they picked up the phone immediately.

I've always thought that a computer-orientated insurance broker requiring you to use a telephone to renew a policy is a bit odd, but be that as it may, all good. Good price, good service. Worth the phone call.

Horrible experience as they didnt passed over my details to home emergency company and therefore left with phoning various companies to prove that I do hold home emergency cover and ended up with no service to tackle my heating for 11 hours until home emergency had to phone up next day morning to check and validate my claim with broker. Till date both broker and Home Emergency are blaming each other for not holding my details accurately on their system. Broker didnt bother to offer compensation instead offered next renewal terms which I didnt bother to renew with them

Not happy as I have cancelled my policy 6 days after it was automatically renewed, the penalty is that the 1st direct debit payment they have taken is my charge for the cancellation fee. I t does niot make sense as monthly premiums are different for customers.
Also the automatic renewal is 30% more expensive, so please do not go for this option.

We aren't even with Computer Quote but Jack Thorpe helped us with sending our details forward for an alternative house insurer absolutely free, and was very patient and courteous with us, as it took longer than expected. Brilliant customer service.

Hi had a call from computer quote, regarding a missed payment, due to sudden emergency costs of broken fridge, washing machine and central heating all at the same time. Called to renew my house contents and buildings insurance. Quote had gone up from last year so I asked why. After a review last years’ price was matched - all good. However, having read a previous review, I wonder if I should have asked to speak to a manager to get the quote reduced still further! Mmm ...
