My experience was extremely disappointing, and I’m sharing it so other people can be aware. I paid for my tickets at the price I was originally quoted, and after making the payment, I was kept waiting for almost an hour while they supposedly tried to resolve an issue with my reservation.

I was then told that one of the flights had been accepted, but that there were no seats available on the return flight and that I would have to pay an additional amount. I clearly explained that I was not willing to pay more than what had already been agreed upon, but I still ended up having to pay additional money just to complete the reservation.

It is very concerning that these issues came up after the payment had already been made, when you expect your reservation to be confirmed for the price you were originally given.

Please be extremely careful and verify EVERYTHING before making a payment. Make sure both flights are actually confirmed, ask for the final price in writing, and specifically ask whether there could be any additional charges.

: Misleading Practices and Unexplained Charges
When I called, the agent explicitly claimed I was speaking to "Etihad UK Customer Support," , sent emails from the above email. When "Friendz Travel" appeared on the payment screen, they assured me it was just their "payment partner." I only realized they were an independent agency after contacting Etihad directly . The booking did not show the specific seat requirement due to a medical condition for one of the passengers and wanted to counter check with helpline number. This request was specifically made at the time of date change/ rebooking and the agent confirmed in writing as it is provided.
They charged me additional £1,042 for an existing booking , alleged fare differences and changes, including £650 for a seat requiring 45° leg elevation—which Etihad confirmed that the selected seat was completely unsuitable.
I requested an itemized breakdown, raised data privacy concerns, and formally requested document preservation (verbally on 11th Sept, in writing on 13th Sept). My initial contact was either 7th or 8th September 2026 for a new travel date on 25th September 2026. Checking directly with Etihad revealed approximately £292 was ever paid to the airline for all the changes made as the existing ticket was taken when prize was high.
Despite receiving a formal Letter Before Action (LBA) that expired on 03/10/2026, Friendz Travel provided no substantive response, claiming they could no longer access details for travel completed on the 25th September 2026. They silently deposited a £750 partial refund into my account, without explaining how they charged at the first place. A formal Subject Access Request (SAR) remains outstanding.

Top tip - Verify directly with your airline before paying to this agency. Ask them for itemised bill before making payments and request the agency to confirm matters in writing. They emailed to be that service charge per person is 50 Euros and refused to explain how they charged more than this.

The prices and times of the flight were completely misrepresented. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!!! when the flight is double their promoted rate. Have to spend more money or lose it all!! Just so they can collect their $141 fee for handling the transaction!!! Rude on the phone. WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!! SCAMMERS!!

The person on phone was helpful for me as i couldn't understand why it said pending..Garrett explained and got it booked for my Thanksgiving holiday. He was very hard to understand but kept explaining..good experience

They are scammers, be careful with them, charged me £331 while the fee for change requested by the airlines is 181 US dollars. After they charged me £331 they phoned me back asking for £181 because the tickets prices surged , they are real crooks. Be careful

Mal servicio lo último que hizo un árabe por su acento lo notó fue que me dijo que no buscara más precios por su página , o sea este es un tipo de servicio al cliente , y le dije que de cual empresa era para hacer una reseña y me dijo : “ si si hágala” , o sea q ni les importa q les den malos reviews . Terrible company! My flight was cancelled twice in April due to the bombing in Middle East. It’s now July and I STILL haven’t recieved my refund. I was told 3-4 weeks but every time I contact im either ignored or told it’s still being processed… 12 weeks later?
It’s ridiculous and I do NOT recommend booking with them.

A wonderful experience with this company. The staff Jessica Jackson is a wonderful human being, very kind and supportive. She listened and gave good help when booking flight ticket. Her patience and support was outstanding and we will never forget the time she gave to Mr Curtis.

Inicialmente reserve un vuelo en $131 de Orlando a Atlanta, luego me llamaron y me dijeron que no habían mas boleto lo cambiaron a frontier a un monto de $ dolares no me envían los boletos electrónicos el vuelo es a la mañana siguiente quedaron que alas 10 y 30 pm del dia anterior los enviarían ahora llamo no responden y nada que llegan los boletos presumo que perderé el vuelo y quedar estafado que irresponsable no compren con esta agencia

I am extremely dissatisfied with both the pricing and the booking process; it was truly the worst experience I have ever had. They advertise initial rates as "offers," but after multiple calls to customer service, you are told those deals are no longer available for various reasons. Instead, they doubled the price and expected me to pay it or choose a much more expensive alternative than the initial one.
The most frustrating part occurred during my call with a representative named Pablo Diaz. Not only did he have a very unprofessional attitude and constantly talk over me, but I could also see even cheaper deals active online at that exact moment of the call. Despite my attempts to point this out, he gave me no choice but to lose my money if I didn't agree to upgrade the offer, this totaly felt like a scam. Do not book any travel with this company! Their "offers" are completely fraudulent.

I wouldn't entertain using Friendz Travel again after a diabolical prolonged experience receiving our Flight Cancellation Refund. Despite numerous excuses & false promises, Friendz Travel sat on our cash for over 2 months. However, I do want to give one member of there Staff, Daniel Cooper some high praise, as from the outset of when we booked our Flights last year to him being our main contact to retrieve the Refund he was our saviour. Daniel was consistent, reliable & trustworthy, he also empathised with our frustration to the extent of escalating the problem, finally to a positive outcome. As an individual, I would star rate Daniel Cooper 5* & hope that he either moves on from Friendz Travel or the Company raise the Customer Service bar to his level.
