FRIENDZ TRAVEL UK Recenzje

Please DON’T BUY !!! This is a SCAM

I am completely disappointed.
I purchased tickets through them, and after making the payment, I received a call informing me that the flights I had bought were unavailable. They did not resolve the situation; they only offered me more expensive alternatives and, furthermore, told me that no refunds were available.

I’m so happy with my experience
Thank you so much for helping me with the online check-in. I really appreciate your time and support. You helped me a lot!”
Jessica Jackson

Good communication but terrible service. I have been planning to get a flight ticket from Newark NJ to Chicago IL. The agent switch an original agreed flight from one air company to another departing in NY instead of NJ. They refused to acknowledge thir incompetence and when I asked them to find another flight from NJ they doubled the cost. Based on my personal experience stay away if you do not want to be scammed.

Scam
They let you book the flight and then call you asking for extra fees and payments. They claimed it’s tax that wasn’t included in the price. Otherwise they wouldn’t issue your tickets!!!

The operator Ronni was absolutely AMAZING! He was incredibly kind, and understood how upset I was regarding the ticket. His patience and detailed explanations calmed me down, and he did his very best to secure me the tickets I was so desperate to buy.
If he hadn't bee so very helpful, my work situation would have suffered enormously. Well Done Ronni!

Jessica Jackson looked after me for a flight , very helpful lady and polite , I would defiantly use her again.

Daniel has helped booked my whole trip, he has been extremely helpful and professional, Got my upgrade sorted in my hotel to a suite, Arranged London one night stay
Took all the stress out of my travels

Gavin Maxwell , was very professional, he talked us through everything we needed to know, from tickets to seats on the plane, and finally sorting out the boarding passes 24 hours before departure on 17th June 2026. He was also very efficient with letting us know about our flight charges ie: time charges, Etc etc. I would use this company again for future travel plans, and i would strongly recommend this company to friends and family, and tell them to ask for Gavin Maxwell. Thank you again for all your help in planning our holiday. Thank you from myself Ms Claire Valerie Huggins, Miss Toni Thirkell , Ms Gludinie Green and Miss Sharon Tracey.

Ms Jessica Jackson is very approachable and helpful!

I am writing to share my appreciation for the wonderful service I received from a member of your team. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to patiently resolve my issues.

It would be wonderful if all staff were as patient and friendly as he was. Please pass on my thanks for his exceptional support.

Be careful with your money, they are scammers. First, you book your flight with a price and then they say they charge another amount way too different to your account. They also asked for the credit card digits.

Thank you Jessica Jackson for your help

I find Jessica very helpful in booking my ticket London to Oslo yesterday (24 April 2026). She was very polite and pleasant to talk to. I find her very efficient and prompt to resolve my demand. It was a pleasure to do business with her.

I can only give the very best feedback regarding my experience today. I needed to urgently change a pre-book flight on a different day to a different country. I spoke with Daniel Cooper multiple times through the day as well as email. He was extremely patient with me, courteous understanding, and very helpful. He Re-booked a new flight using the airline I requested and he arranged a refund of my original flight. He sent everything in an email and explain step-by-step what I needed to do. Thank you Daniel you were amazing.

Jessica Jackson immediately responded to my call. She has been very patient with me today, and has helped with baggage issues, and also the checking in process. A professional lady, but with a very friendly attitude. I feel she is certainly very much a credit to your company, and I would not hesitate, if I ever have any more queries again, I would make contact with her. A huge Thank You once more Jessica, your service has been an exceptional, and a pleasurable experience!! Kindest regards Susan Hesketh
