FRIENDZ TRAVEL UK Recenzje

This company is NOT abta covered. DO NOT use them they trick you from the start. They are a completely devious and use tricks that are very dubious and convincing. I strongly advise anyone not to be duped by these unscrupulous people passing themselves off as a travel agency.

Simon is great, he helped me get my flight at a lower rate than I could find myself.

Te ofrecen vuelos directos y despues que los compras te llaman para cambiartelo y con escalas y para colmo pagar mas de lo que pagastes y no puedes cancelar y pedir reembolso,no lo recomiendo es un engaño.

Pretending to be TUI and I ended up paying £550 to change my holiday date. Totally scammed me. I cant believe I fell for it. They accessed my online booking to make the change. No morals and deceitful company

Jessica Jackson was incredibly helpful, patient and understanding when dealing with my problem.

Jessica was very helpful and sorted out all the details required quickly and efficiently. She was very courteous and nothing was too much trouble. She also guided me through the tech required in administering the process. Ty excellent service and support.

It was a good experience booking a flight through Friendz Travel. Daniel helped me in the booking process. He explained everything clearly and made my booking easier

WELL IT WAS THE FIRST TIME WITH THIS AGENCY AND THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE FOR HAVING READ ALL THE COMMENTS ON THIS WEBSITE AND REVIEW AND IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME THAT I WILL DARE TO BUY HERE BUT THANK GOD MY FLIGHT WILL BE MADE IN THE NAME OF GOD BECAUSE I BELIEVE IN A GOD WHO SEES AND ALLOWS EVERYTHING
I ALREADY HAVE MY TICKET CONFIRMED AND I CONFIRMED IT WITH AVIANCA AIRLINE AND YES IT IS REAL AND IT WILL BE DONE
BUENO FUE LA PRIMERA VEZ CON ESTA AGENCIA Y LA EXPERIENCIA MÁS HORRIBLE DE MI VIDA POR HABER LEÍDO TODOS LOS COMENTARIOS DE ESTA PAGINA WEB Y RESEÑA Y SERA LA ÚLTIMA VEZ QUE ME ATREVA A COMPRAR AQUÍ PERO GRACIAS A DIOS MI VUELO SE REALIZARÁ EN NOMBRE DE DIOS PORQUE CREO EN UN DIOS QUE TODO LO VE Y LO PERMITE. YA TENGO MI BOLETO CONFIRMADO Y LO CONFIRMÉ CON

We were scammed by a Shawn Will who was working under the name of Friendz travel, who we believed to be BA who we called to arrange a change to our flight tickets.
We were scammed and falsely sold 2 x tickets on 2 separate flights in order to get us home when we actually were given the seats free by BA as we had a medical reason and code issued by BA

Easy to use. Agent was pleasant and helpful. Explained everything clearly.

Any ‘mistakes’ were rectified with efficiency.

Thank you Daniel Cooper.

SCAM avoid at all costs.

Advertised Frontier airline tickets for $417.99 Orlando to Atlanta. Paid for tickets and received acknowledgment.
The following day, I received an email to call them as there was a problem.
Went to a call centre in India, they didn’t have 4 tickets at the price I paid and I would have to paid an extra $480.99 to get on the flight.
I asked for a refund to be told they cannot do that.
I asked for a manager, who still would not refund my ticket.
At this stage, my children we upset and husband tried to reason with the manager.
We ended up paying the extra $480 as we were being held over a barrel.
Absolute Scam of a company, please never use and spread the word. Disgusting India based company only after money, they need to be shut down- I have reported them to the USA Federal fraud company.

Booked a holiday through Love Holidays, flights with BA. Could not check in on line as there was a big group of us. Called what I thought to be BA but was in fact Friendz Travel who told us that the airport taxes had not been paid and that in order to board our flight we would need to pay £468.

Love Holidays and BA both confirmed this information to be incorrect and a scam.

Will never use or trust this company, you have been warned.

Jessica Jackson is a very kind and thoughtful person to me. English is not my first language, but she’s very sweet and patient with me. We talked on the phone for 40mins and she helped me out with all my issues.

Experienced and polite staff. The booking process was amazing from beginning to the end. The agent went extra mile and provided boarding passes. Will definitely recommend to family and friends

I'm very happy from the bottom of my heart I appreciate the help from Jessica Jackson she is amazing person well done and again thank you very much

With me as did not know what to do
She spent a lot of time with me

Jessica Jackson was extremely helpful and patient as I was just out of hospital and was told I could not fly for medical reason. She was very clear and helpful in explaining the options open to me. She was also very patient when I asked questions. She is a great asset to your company
