I have bought two businesses class flights for Australia. After purchasing I received a call to say the flights were standby tickets and I had to pay more. They said it would be £14400 ! Which I refused as this was more than if I went direct. I had purchased their insurance at the same time as my dad is 96 and if for any reason I needed to get back early I could. I ended up paying almost £13000 ( £3000 more than my original purchase) this is money I have saved for years and recently being told I have MS, thought I need to do this trip sooner rather than later. I have received confirmation for tickets and have checked with the original airline but still have not received insurance even though I have emailed them twice. I have contacted my bank and have been advised to contact the fraud team if I still feel I have been scammed. I know I have paid more than going direct with the airline ( who have been so helpful ) but I need to know I will receive my insurance and they are legitimate.

WARNING: Do NOT use this flight booking website. They are deceptive and dishonest. I booked a flight on 15 July and paid the full amount charged. The next day, they called to inform me the fare did not include checked or hand baggage, which I accepted. They confirmed the booking and said they would send my PNR and e-ticket. However, the day after that, they called again to say the flight fare had increased and demanded an extra £400 to secure the booking. This is completely unacceptable. They confirmed a price and then tried to extort more money, which is a scam. Their staff are cheaters and play games with customers. Avoid at all costs!"

SCAM; Run Away!

I booked a round-trip flight from Columbia to Las Vegas for $320. I received a phone call from them a day after telling me that this was a promotional price that expired and it was limited to five people. They asked me if I wanted to pay for a $700 upgrade. I told him no that is too expensive. I asked for cheaper alternatives from my round-trip. They still wanted me to pay over $150 more than what was advertised. I then demanded a refund in which I was declined because he told me that “ it was not possible and that I can only get it in a form of credit (which is no tangible value designed just to book flights through them only) at this point I was really aggravated and demanded a refund several times. Asked for the manager in which they finally gave me a refund. I am still waiting for it. He told me you should come in within the next 24 hours or so. Stay away from this agency and if you or as to pay extra than once advertise, always demand a refund.

Avoid This Airline/Booking Site – Total Scam and Misleading Tactics!

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. After booking a flight, I received an email saying my request was "pending" and that they were awaiting confirmation from the airline. They also mentioned that the price is not guaranteed.
They claim to have 24/7 customer service, but when I called, no one answered. I finally got through to someone, then they told I’d have to pay extra for a cabin bag, even though the ticket I booked clearly included cabin baggage. This is blatant false advertising.

To make matters worse, they told me I couldn’t cancel the booking, even though it hadn’t been confirmed yet. Their whole system is misleading, dishonest, and designed to squeeze more money out of customers after they’ve already committed to a purchase.

Do NOT trust this company. They are scammers, plain and simple – using shady tactics, hidden fees, and unreachable support to trap customers. I strongly urge others to stay away and book directly with trusted airlines instead.

SCAM Company Beware!

This company is completely untrustworthy and seems to operate without any professionalism or integrity. I submitted a booking through their website, which showed a great price including bags or so I thought. Thankfully, no payment was taken yet.

After I entered all my details and completed the booking, I received an email saying they needed to confirm the ticket with the airline. Shortly after, they put my booking on hold and asked me to call them.

When I called, they suddenly claimed the ticket I chose didn’t include any baggage, despite what was advertised. They then tried to upsell me, saying I’d have to pay more or switch to another airline. I made it clear I wasn’t interested in changing anything. That’s when the agent became argumentative and even claimed the ticket was non-refundable, despite it not even being confirmed yet.

How can a ticket be non-refundable if it hasn’t even been issued?

This company is running a scam and trying to trap people into paying more than what was advertised. They treat customers like they’re stupid. Don’t fall for it. Avoid at all costs!

Passing themselves off as virgin Atlantic .These people are a slow motion nightmare.I thought I was talking to virgin direct but instead I was talking to friendz travel.They said they were Virgin's official partners,a total lie I assume.
I got an email from them to pay friendz £2100 when I would be paying virgin direct no way that was happening.

In fact 0 score as they showed they were scammers they are maybe based in US or elsewhere but they scammed me in London uk over the phone, they got my money and Everytime I asked for the remaining of my refund which was almost 1/2 of I paid, they refused to refund me. How low the staff management and staff are! They have English names but in fact they are Asian origin, their phone number in London mislead me in the 1st place.

This company is run by liars and scammers. Googled Emirates as I was concerned about my ticket to Australia. This company's number came up in the search as Emirates Reservations so I rang them. They pretended to be Emirates and said only they could change the ticket, they were closing shortly and the charge would be £250. Because I was travelling in less than 24 hours and was told I was speaking to Emirates, I paid them the money. After the call I began to think something was wrong and contacted Emirates customer services through their own web site. Emirates are not connected with this company, they had no idea who they are and if I had phoned Emirates themselves instead of being duped into phoning the wrong number Emirates would have changed the ticket without any charge. Not only did Friendz travel refuse to give me my money back or answer emails, their fraud meant I had to cancel my bank card before going to Australia the next day. They are liars and thieves and wont answer this review.

I had good and decent experience with friendz travel.

I called this company by mistake as thought I was calling BA .Explained that I had an email from BA asking to call them back as they were sorting out a query that I had been dealing with . The gentleman on the phone said he could help me with my name correction on my BA booking and wanted to charge me £100 . I said I would call back and he got quite angry saying that I would not be able to fly . It didn’t seem right so i googled the number again and called the correct BA number . They informed me that the name had already been corrected and there wasn’t anything that needed . A lucky escape as they are clearly a dodgy company .

Scammers. Pretended to be BA and used blackmail tactics to extort money.
