SCAMMERS! JUST PAID £550 FOR CANCELLING A FLIGHT AND NAME CHANGE WOULD HAVE BEEN FREE IF I HAD CONTACTED VIRGIN DIRECT. NOTE DOUBLE CHECK WHEN YOU GOOGLE VIRGIN AS THEIR WEBSITE COMES UP FIRST.

This is real SCAM, SCAM, SCAM !!!!!!!!!!! On February 9 I have bought the ticket from this company with very cheap price, and I thought that I got a good deal, but soon after paying for the ticket they called me and told that all the tickets are sold for this flight and now I should pay $200 more and they would get me another ticket !!! After that they were asking me about personal information and wanted to receive pictures of my passport or drivers license! I told them that I will not send that information to them because I never sent that information for buying tickets! They told me that my flight will be cancelled and I won’t get any money back!!! And I answered that I will call to police department and let them know what is happening! Looks like it has helped me to get my money back! I would not recommend to anyone to use this company!

Scam! Do not use. They booked my ticket just to call and say they need more money to book it.

Max and Kevin was very helpful with my cancellation of the flight due to circumstances.they was very helpful and honest with me and I highly appreciate them.will be calling too book again....

Ridiculously bad company.
Purchased a ticket for USD $290.
Next day they call me to say "the ariline sold all tickets" so we have a DISCOUNT for you for another ticket just for USD $490 !!!!! Or you can have a 25 hours layover. The person would not undertand that if I pay more, it's not a discount!!!!! Which part of that is difficult to understand? Stay away from this business.

They are scamming people!! Be careful. They can charge you and you won’t get any tickets

AFTER I PAID FOR A FLIGHT THEY CALL ME TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO PAID MORE $$$$ MONEY BECAUSE THE FLIGHTS WERE FULL. Zero stars if possible! Got to the airport the airline didn't have tickets showing as paid. Took a while got that fixed. Got switched to another airport costing me $90 in Uber one way.

Return flight. Same thing happened, all day at airport until midnight and my family had to purchase new tickets out of their pockets because friends travel left us stranded. Expecting a complete refund or going to court!

Companies like this should not exist in America, it is not the American way of doing business!

I was at the hospital for 6 days now after this horrendous experience.

It's a scam scam scam scam scam ,,, don't fall for this website , this website should be banned and I filed a complained already regarding this website , after taking your money they wouldn't refund the money neither u will be travelling anywhere , it's a bunch of illiterate ppl working there and they have no clue what's going on and how to talk ..do not book through this scam website
