ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL - DO NOT USE. I booked with New Farm for a recent holiday and the experience from start to finish was appalling. Starting from tthe beginning - every time you call them (e.g. as instructed 30 minutes before arrival and on return) the staff are barely audible, and have zero customer service skills. When we dropped the car off we were charged an extra £20 for the cost of the shuttle bus (so it was no cheaper than the alternatives which was the reason I used them!) and we were shuttled to the airport but dropped off at the Radisson Blu presumably so they could avoid airport fees. The serious issues occurred on our return. I called as soon as we had our baggage and was told the driver would be 30 minutes. 30 minutes later I called again and was told they would be 10 minutes. By this time a large group of people had gathered at the Radisson and as we started talking to each other we realised everyone had booked with New Farm and everyone was waiting for the shuttle. New farm told everyone a different story and some had already been waiting for AN HOUR when we arrived. We waited in total for an hour whilst everyone got very frustrated and New Farm stopped answering peoples calls. We needed to get home so we gave up and bought an Uber to the car park which cost another £20, so the whole experience cost an extra £40 plus our wasted time. On arrival at the car park to collect the car there was a stream of people all quite reasonably upset and trying to get answers but the reception staff were useless and offered no help, explanation or compensation. To top things off, my car was covered in mud as if it had been parked in a bog and one lady was upset because her car had acquired a puncture whilst being parked at New Farm. Had I realised that there were so many bad reviews about this company I would have booked elsewhere. Make sure you read the reviews - lots of people have had their cars damaged at this place and as you can read from the above, the experience is absolutely awful. You may also wish to read up on the ongoing legal issues this place is having with the local council over planning - they do not have the relevant legal permissions for usage of the site as a car park and I would expect this means that they have no insurance and therefore anyone parking with them is leaving themselves highly vulnerable in the event of damage to their vehicle. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE.

the car park where dropped off the car was full of pot holes so that wasn’t a good start! they took our car keys and dropped us off at the terminal in a scruffy mini van full of litter. on our return we key having to ring them to pick us up at the car park - we were still waiting an hour later! we kept having to ring up and they were fobbing us off saying the driver was stuck in traffic but the distance was only 10 minutes so that was a lie. the owner was very hostile when we contacted him. eventually we got picked up by someone in a very scruffy car with litter all over . we got back to the parking lot to pick up our car and the owner could t care less when we complained. another couple was also complaining as well. i would not use them again terrible unreliable company

i always book but still not a good discount code this is not good as i always stay loyal to you guys

My car was used for their own use, they damaged my wing mirror, left rubbish in my car, were late to the parking and made me miss my flight, late for pickup too. And don’t respond. Useless

2 hours late on returning car… cost £25 taxi to drive to their parking to collect the car… after 1 week received parking ticket because someone used my car when I was away!
I will report to police!!!

Website is a little confusing at times but price is good. Let’s hope the service lives up to expectations.

Called 30 Min Prior to Arrival but no one was there when we arrived had to call and wait about 10 min before someone turned up, on the return leg called when landed and was told car will be there in 30 min after going through passport control and collecting baggage (Which took approx. 40 Min) went to collection point and no one was there called and was told driver was on way and would be 5 min after 10 min called again and was told he was only 5 min away and to wait at collection point. Car arrived but did not stop in collection point agreed so had to walk over driver was more concerned about collecting another car that was waiting and just handed keys no apology for lateness. After looking at car it looked like its been parked in a field under trees as mud spays all up both sides and sap together with tree leaves and buds on widescreen bonnet. I have taken photos as proof of the state but this site does not allow to download photos. - Although car was collected and retuned the waiting is not what I would class as meet and greet service.

Total scam . No meet and greet. Just a redirection to Nook Farm and a taxi ride back to the airport .at the customers extra cost Cars clearly damaged onsite. We didnt stay . Do not use

Good and easy service

SCAMMERS - booked a meet and greet service at Stansted
- They don't answer phones
- They lied to us that the orange car park was closed on arrival, asked us to take the car to another car park and take a uber to the airport (15min drive)
- On return they wont answer the call.
- When they answered he kept saying another hour even after 45mins.
- When I went to collect the car from the car park where it was left, the car was unlocked - left with windows down with a note stating a time another 1.5 hrs later.

i booked a meet and greet service and what was experienced was far from what was on the tin. I called 45 minutes prior to arrival at the airport as requested and upon arrival i still had to wait at least another 30 minutes and two phone calls before they arrived to collect my car. There was no apology for the lateness and the driver looked far from presentable. Upon my return i again called as soon as i collected my luggage and when i got to the collection point there were at least five other people waiting for the return of their cars, all stating they had been waiting for nearly or over an hour already. When a driver finally attended everyone that was waiting was complaining for the extremely poor and unprofessional service they were experiencing. When it came to my turn i also complained and asked when my car would be brought to me. Due to all the other people waiting they said jump into this car ( a brand new Range Rover that had just been dropped off) and we will take you to your car as it would be quicker, To my surprise they threw my case on the back seat of this new Range and took me to my car. It was parked along with a number of other at the side of a PUB called The Darlington Arms a couple of miles away from the airport. This is not what i paid for or any way secure and safe parking. I would NEVER use them again and warn people away from them

Shocking Service

Long story short the money goes out of my account - the following day the call me to cancel my booking - They Cancelled my booking 5 days before I was due to head to the airport and then when I went online to see how my refund was getting paid it was a very short unapologetic responses.

When I asked if the service was acceptable they replied multiple times yes its acceptable - how these are still trading and not been took to the trading standards is absolutely unbelievable. Maybe I should have read the reviews before booking. I will never in my life book with these again and I well be sharing my experience. Absolute joke of a service.

Completely shit, I booked for 14 days gave flight number when we arrived back which was the day of the flight think they would see when customers comes back not realise it was next morning to be charged an extra £20 was disgusted as we had come back with our kids very tired to get an extra charge we didn't stay an extra day will never in my life use or recommend . My kids where very distressed as we could nt get the car as my son was autistic,
The car park person was very arrogant saying we won't get our car if we don't pay the extra charge , he was very threatening behaviour towards us a said you will be paying me. This is not how you treat customers .He refused to pick us up. Would advice anyone not to use this company again

Use uber, use the long stay , middle stay parking from the airports itself but do not use this company. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Very good price options, but when I clicked 'book' on my chosen one, it took me to one of the other options. Not much difference in price, but very confusing.

Shocking experience with ‘fly away’ and I was amongst a crowd of us who all experienced the same !
Only once you book do you get confirmation from ‘I park’ instead who have been in the tv reported as a scam! Lucky to have my car back really! Honestly shocking complete scam, you have to pay so much extra as they use a short stay car park so not a meet and greet and they can’t pay it as they aren’t allowed to operate there. People waited 5 hours plus for their cars, the scammers operating it dodge the cameras as they aren’t allowed to operate at Gatwick and were leaving keys on bonnets to avoid being seen, and people have been landed with hefty parking fines for wherever the guys dumped the cars illegally whilst they were away! They couldn’t even give me a recipe when they took my car so I spent all holiday worrying! Honestly shocking !!

Poor service, staff are very rude, no transparency of price - add another £16 to the price quoted for parking. My first shock on dropping off the car was the £8 I had to pay for the parking ticket. On return, I called the company to say we had landed and that we will out in 20 mins. I was told they would contact the driver and call me back straightaway. I did not get a call back. Several calls and an hour later, the car arrived, unapologetic driver who walked off leaving me to pay another £8 for parking. Extremely unprofessional approach by the call handlers and drivers.

The service was very good ie checking the car in. On return they delivered the car to the airport within 20 minutes. However, what I was not informed about was the cost of £6 I had to pay to exit the car park which the car was in for about 3 minutes. If I had known this hidden cost to me I could have made an informed decision about using the service.

Easy and straight forward booking experience.
